January Stamp ‘N Hop

G’Day Friends,

Thank you & welcome to our first Blog Hop for the new year!

We are a group of SU! Demos from all over the world sharing our love of Stampin’ Up! You are free to join us if you like, but we do ask that you be a current SU! Demo & that you use current SU! products.

This month is a little different as we get to mix & match new product with old product.  You could say a little of this from the new January-February Sale-A-Bration or  January-June Mini & a little of this from the Annual Catalogue.

You may have arrived from Jenn’s blog where she shared her lovely creation.  If you are starting from my blog, all you have to do is click on the arrow below or the Roll Call at the end of my post.

An image from Flowers of Friendship Stamp Set was stamped onto a piece of Basic White in Memento Tuxedo Back Ink & coloured with the Poppy Parade & Old Olive Stampin’ Blends Combos.

The sentiment was stamped to the right side direct onto the same Basic White & again, in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink.

I grabbed a small piece of the lovely Simply Marbleous Designer Series Paper from Sale-a -Bration – don’t you just love the name? – & adhered it to the bottom of the Basic White.

A piece of the lovely Metallic Mesh Ribbon was adhered across the top of the Paper prior to adhering to a layer of Basic Grey & finally to the Old Olive Base Card.

The remainder of the Ribbon was threaded through the piece going across the card prior to a bow being tied.

To finish it off Rhinestones Basic Jewels were randomly adhered to the Card Front & to the bottom of each flower.

Its a very simple card but I think the colours & simpilicity of the card speaks for itself, don’t you?

Thank you so much for visting me today.  It is very much appreciated.  Next up on our hop is Jacqui.  I’m sure she would love for you to visit & to leave her a comment.
