This week Robbie & I are showcasing the lovely 2019-2021 In Colours over on our FB Pages. Be sure to join us there. It won’t be long & they will no longer be available.
My card is simple one but a fun one. I’ve used the Kangaroo & Company Stamp Set to create it. I’m not sure if you are aware but kangaroos are one of my favourite native animals. I often walk out the front door early of a morning & find 6 or so feeding on the front lawn. They are very quiet in the area I live in but all the same I am careful not to frighten them. They don’t even worry about Belle – my little Maltese & she is not worried about them either.
The images have been stamped onto Basic White with my Stamparatus & coloured with Stampin’ Blends. This piece was then embossed with the Brick & Mortar 3D Embossing Folder before being adhered to a piece of Crumb Cake & then to the Rococo Rose Base Card.
The sentiment from Itty Bitty Birthdays Stamp Set, stamped onto Basic White in Rococo Rose Ink, chopped back to size & shape prior to adhering to the Card Front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
To complete the card I coloured the lovely White Resin Hearts with the DarkRococo Rose Stampin’ Blend & randomly adhered them to the Card Front.
They finish the card off perfectly, don’t you think?
Today I am sharing a simple card I created some time ago but one that doesn’t need much to make it a little bit of a WOW!
I’ve grabbed a card from the lovely Bird Ballard Laser-Cut Cards & Tin – one of my favourites – & teamed it up with the Bird Ballad DSP by fussy cuttig my birds from this DSP.
I do hope you are all well & haven’t been affected with this awful virus. Stay safe!
I am sharing with you another card created with our #simplestamping, 1 Sketch, 4 Ways layout. I am loving the simple & clean lines of this one.
Please feel free to play along by sharing your creation over on my FB Page or to any social media platform using the hashtag #ss003. I would love to see your creations.

I created my card the other day when playing with ideas for my Retreat but have decided not to use it so instead it turned out that it was perfect for our hop today!
My card uses the Dino Days Stamp Set along with the Dinoroar DSP. It’s an easy card but one that I am happy with. I think having the shape on the front is the statement.
It could be used for either a girl or boy!

Thank you so much for dropping by today! It’s Sunday & you know what that means!
Today is the beginning of March which means it is a new #simplestamping, 1 sketch, 4 ways project! I am not sure if it would be classed as #simplestamping but the card is fairly quick & easy to create & that is what we want.
Please feel free to play along by sharing your creation over on my FB Page or to any social media platform using the hashtag #ss003. I would love to see your creations!
I decided to use a Stamp Set that hasn’t been used for some time but one I love & that is the Sea of Creatures along with the matching Under the Sea Dies.

This month we are showcasing Colouring which can come in all forms. Have you checked out the wonderful selection of Colouring Tools available in our Annual Catalogue?
You may have arrived from Sue’s blog where she shared her lovely creation. If you are starting from my blog, all you have to do is click on the next arrow below to continue.
I’ve been playing with a lot of older stamps, etc of late. Sometimes I think our Annual Catalogue gets a little lost with all our new product from the Minis & Sale-A-Bration which is why I went with the Daisy Lane Stamp Set, Daisy Punch & Medium Daisy Punch which is also available as a Bundle. They have been teamed up with the Woven Threads DSP.
I love Sunflowers, Daisies & Gerberas! I think they are bright, happy flowers which is another reason I wanted to try & do something with this set. The flowers have been inked with Highland Heather, lightly stamped off once to achieve a close Purple Posy colour & then Pretty Peacock applied to the inner petals with a Sponge Dauber. Don’t they look pretty & soft?
