G’day Stampers,

My card is our 2nd card we created I early September featuring the gorgeous stamp set from the current Holiday Catalogue.  026aa-blogAgain, we created our card by Heat Embossing some of the elements on the card & of course didn’t really use a lot of product to create our 2nd card.

Love it when you are able to create lovely cards without too much product & usually with what you already have in your stash.

Measurements –

1 x Night of Navy Cardstock               8 ¼” x 5 7/8” or 21cm x 10.5cm

1 x Pool Party Cardstock                     5 5/8” x 4” or 14.5cm x 10cm

1 x Whisper White Cardstock            3 ¼” x 3 ¼” or 8.cm x 8.5cm

1 x Whisper White Cardstock            5/8” x 3” or 1.5cm x 8cm

Scrap Whisper White Cardstock       Enough for 1 x stamped pine cones

Christmas Wishes 2…

My card today is the 2nd card we created in our Technique Class in September, using the same gorgeous “Ornamental Pine” 013blogStamp Set.

To create our card we stamped the “Hardwood” Stamp direct onto Pool Party Cardstock with Pool Party Ink, cut out the square using the Square Collections Framelits.  For the inside, we stamped the Branch image with Soft Suede Ink, Heat Embossed 2 x Pie Cones with VersaMark,Soft Suede Ink & Clear Embossing Powder, cut them out & adhered to branch top, 1 with Snail Adhesive & the 2nd with Stampin’ Dimensional.  To finish it off, we tied a small piece of Old Olive Twine into a bow & adhered with Glue Dot.

Measurements –

1 x Night of Navy Cardstock               8 ¼” x 5 7/8” or 21cm x 10.5cm

1 x Pool Party Cardstock                     5 5/8” x 4” or 14.5cm x 10cm

1 x Whisper White Cardstock            3 ¼” x 3 ¼” or 8.cm x 8.5cm

The Christmas products in this year’s Holiday Catalogue are gorgeous.  I love everything single Christmas Set & didn’t really know what to get my hands on first, so I did the sensible thing & planned classes around each of them.026blog

Today’s card is one of the ones we created early in September.  I know, slack on my behalf.

As soon as I saw this set & the samples in the catalogue I knew I wanted to plan a “Heat Embossing” Technique Class around them.  They were just beautiful.  Mind you, I did add a couple of “Vicky” touches to make them my own.

We didn’t really use a lot of product to create this gorgeous card, although I added Night of navy as the Base Card & Heat Embossed the 2 Cones using VersaMark & Soft Suede Ink, cut out & adhered to the top of the branch which has been Heat Embossed using VersaMark & White Embossing Powder.

Of course, we couldn’t complete the card without using the stunning new “All is Calm” Washi Tape
