Once again I’ve used the All About Autumn Specialty DSP for my card today. I am finding that it just suits all occasions, not just autumn. Have you seen it in the new Mini? Simply gorgeous.

I also grabbed my Sponge Daubers to use & to give my card a bit of a WOW. So, of course, I had to then use one of my very favouite image – the large fern from the Nature’s Prints Stamp Set.

Check out the stamping direct onto the DSP. Don’t you love it? It really adds dimenion to the card.

All About Autumn Specialty DSP Stepped Up Version

G’Day Friends,

Thank you for popping by today. It is very much appreciated.

Once again my card today has been created with the same layout that we used on Sunday but this time it is stepped up just a little.

Be sure to head on over to Robbie’s log to see what she has created using the same sketch. We never know what the other is creating which tends to make it a little more interesting.

Again, I’ve gone with the lovely All About Autumn Specialty DSP. I am loving the fact that these papers can be used for all occasions, not to mention the gorgeous Gold Foil on the opposite sides. Look at that background below, doesn’t it look a little bit like water? Of course, I had to go with the Waves of Inspiration Stamp Set to create with.

The colours of Pumpkin Pie, Very Vanilla & Early Espresso go so well together, don’t you think? A little bit out of my comfort zone but hey, that can be as good thing.

Stampin’ Up! Waves of Inspiration for Father’s Day!

For today’s card I decided to dust off the Waves of Inspiration Stamp Set & Waves Dies.

Sometimes we’re too busy playing with new product that we forget about old favourites collecting dust on the shelf. I love the images in this set, especially the Pelican & the great wave.

I also decided to team this set up with the Countryside Inn DSP. I’ve used one of the non-floral sides on my card. The base card is Old Olive while the middle panel is Pecan Pie.

Create Weekly with Waves of Inspiration

Today’s post is all about our Create Weekly. I love creating cards & projects, even scrapbook pages from sketch layouts. They make for a great starting point, especially if you are stuck for inspiration or not knowing where to start.

For my card, I wanted to create a Birthday Card for the males in our lives. Some of us have a little bit of a hard time creating for them. I always like to keep them simple & not too fussy or over the top. You can still go that way if you want.

Waves of Inspiration is a set that I has been sitting on my shelf for a little while, so with that in mind, I decided to go with this set. I then wanted to play with new Glorious Gingham Designer Series Paper which had just arrived in an order yesterday. Perfect timing, I think.

Forever Fern

My Feature of the Week are the 2020-2022 In Colours. I must admit I wil miss most of these colours except for Cinnamon Cider! Not a fan, although in saying that when I do create with it I am happy with the combination & end result.

A piece of Basic White Cardstock was embossed with the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder before being adhering to a Magenta Madness Base Card.

The Crumb Cake DSP is from the Neutrals 6 x 6 Pack of Designer Series Paper. Great way of using scraps of DSP.
