I decided to play with the Silly Goose Stamp Set this month for my cards as it is one I’ve been wanting & waiting to use. As the Brights 6 x 6 DSP was sitting on my desk, I decided to team them up together.

As I wanted to highlight the “Thanks” I’ve gone with just colouring small parts of the goose while making the banner the highlight of the card. It’s been coloured & blended with the Lemon Lolly Stampin’ Blends Combo. The feet, legs & beak have been coloured & blended with Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends Combo.

Easy Masking with Enjoy the Rhythm

G’Day Friends,

Can you believe this is our last day of sharing Male cards with you? Where has that month gone? We do hope you have enjoyed seeing lots of inspiration and ideas for your own cards.

Now, I will be the first to admit, I don’t have a lot of masucline stamp sets, but it is amazing what you can achieve when looking at your stamp sets with new eyes & thinking “outside the box” so to speak.

I was gonna case a card from the Annual Catalogue but as usual changed my mind at the 11th hour & decided to play with our Decorative Masks. You can have so much fun with these things, I know I do.

The Mask is from the Artistic Decorative Masks. A little Lost Lagoon Ink was blended over the top with our Blending Brushes.

Don’t you just love Colour Combination? Pumpkin Pie, Pretty Peacock & Lost Lagoon. Colours I would not normally put together, especially tossing Pumpkin Pie into the mix but they work so well together. Why not have a play with this colour Combination yoursef?

Stampin’ Up! Hey Chuck for an easy Card

I wasn’t too sure if I could get this completed today as a storm has been building & if it looks like rain, my internet goes bonkers! Anyhow, fingers crossed that this post happens & no problems while writing it.

Today’s card is all about the fun Hey Chuck Bundle which I’ve teamed up with the 2023-2025 In Colours DSP 6 x 6. Of course, I had to chop my paper into bits & pieces although I had no intention of doing so.

Check out that bright sun. It’s been created with Daffodil Delight & Pumpkin Pie Inks along with Sponge Daubers. I did add a little bit of the Moody Mauve Ink to it too.

The Rooster has been coloure & blended with Moody Mave & Daffodil Dleight Stampin’ Blends Combos. I love this Rooster as he thinks he is such a “man” of the world lol.

Stampin’ Up! Sentimental Park meets Create Weekly #28

Thank you so much for popping by today. It is very much appreciated.

Before we get onto today’s Create Weekly, I just wanted to say that as from Friday, 1 September, I will be sharing a series of Colour Combinations every 2nd Friday. The combinations will be focusing on the In Colours – 2022-2024 & 2023-2025. I hope you will join me on my YouTube Channel.

I’m a little late in posting our Create Weekly today as I had to duck into town.

Today’s layout is a very easy one but with lots of potential especially the background.

The colours for this card are – Basic White, Sweet Sorbet, Blackberry Bliss & Old Olive. I would never have thought to put these colours together but they compliment each other so well, don’t you think?

Check out the pretty stamp in the background. Isn’t it gorgeous? It’s been stamped direct onto Basic White prior to embossing with the Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder.

Celebrating with Let’s Go Fishing DSP

Today’s card is all about the Let’s Go Fishing Designer Series Paper & another male idea for all occasions.

Now, I will be honest & say that my card is totally different to what I had in mind. It sort of took a life of it’s own right at the beginning with the changing of the DSP direction!

I am really liking the Let’s Go Fishing DSP & this card proves that you don’t teally have to have the coordinating Bundle, although it is gorgeous & one I use a lot. You can do so much with the papers while at the same time using other stamp sets.
