You are Tea-riffic

My card today is one I created for a special friend who did a couple of things for me.  I was very much taken back by her kindness so thought a nice card would show my appreciation.

I don’t have a tutorial for you today, but will try & remember how I did the card from the photo – the original has long gone in the post.

I’ve used the “Cups & Kettles” Framelits Dies (retired) for my card.  I cut a piece of the “Have a Cuppa” DSP (retired) & adhered it to the bottom part of a piece of Whisper White Card.  The “Pleated Skirt” has been created from the same DSP Stack.  It was then adhered to the top of the DSP before layering a piece of Bermuda Bay Stitched Ribbon above the skirt & again across the top of the skirt.

The Teapot was cut from Melon Mambo Card using the Framelit Dies & adhered onto the Card Front.  The lid was adhered above the Teapot with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  The Heart has been cut from Melon Mambo Card & adhered to the Card.  The wavy lines were cut from scraps of Whisper White Card & adhered across the Teapot.

I stamped the Sentiment from “A Nice Cuppa” Stamp Set (retired), direct onto the Card Front in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink.  The Card Front was then layered to the Base Card – Whisper White.

I hope you’ve enjoyed my card today.

Until next time, Happy Stamping’
