 What You’ll Need –

  • A blank card base

  • Patterned paper

  • Sentiment stamp or printed phrase

  • Adhesive – Tape Runner, Liquid Glue, Dimensional Tape or Foam Dots

  • Optional Embellishments – Gems, Ribbon, Washi Tape, etc

The 5 Simple Steps to Card Making Bliss –

1. Choose Your Color Theme

Start by picking 2–3 coordinating colors or patterns that reflect your mood or occasion.

2. Cut and Layer Your Paper

Trim your patterned paper to fit the card front, leaving a border.  Layer a smaller contrasting piece in the center.

3. Add a Sentiment

Stamp or adhere your sentiment to the front — this could be “Thank You,” “Happy Birthday,” etc or any message you love.

4. Embellish Simply

Add just a few embellishments like gems, stickers, or ribbon to give it personality without clutter.

5. Assemble and Finish

Glue everything in place, let it dry and bang – your handmade card is complete!
