October is all about our lovely pattern papers!  Let’s face it – we all have a lovely stash of the stuff which we sometimes find it hard to chop into.  Be sure to check out what Robbie has created.

What You’ll Need

  • Pattern papers in your favorite designs – 49 & Market Vintage Artistry Tranquility used on my card today

  • Dies & or Punch – Stampin’ Up! Stylish Shapes Dies & 1 1/2″ Circle Punch

  • Embellishment – Twine, Stamp set, etc

  • Scissors

  • Glue or double-sided tape & dimensional tape

 Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Choose your base: Take a blank card or fold a piece of cardstock in half – Basic White Smooth Cardstock

  2. Select your pattern papers: Mix and match colors and designs that complement each other – Vintage Artistry Tranquility Collection

  3. Cut and layer: Cut different shapes (like rectangles, hearts or circles) from the pattern papers or cardstock and arrange them creatively on your card – Pretty in Pink Cardstock circles

  4. Add your message: Stamp “Best Wishes” or any heartfelt note on neutral cardstock with coordinating ink.

  5. Decorate: Add small embellishments like stickers, ribbons, twine or sequins if you like.

Tips for a Perfect Look

  • Keep the design simple for a classy look.

  • Use contrasting colors to make your elements pop.

  • Recycle leftover paper pieces for a sustainable touch!
