Christmas Tag Featuring Home for Christmas Collection | Across the Waves

G’Day Friends,

This month’s theme is all about Tags!

Be sure to check out what Robbie has created by clicking HERE!

Now, I don’t have much use for tags, although I do love creating them!  So, I decided to take my tag a little step further & create an easy Christmas card but letting the tag be the star of the show!

Instead of a sentiment, I’ve used numbers to mark the Christmas season — a fun alternative that adds a modern touch while keeping the tag clean and elegant.

You can watch the full video tutorial on my YouTube channel to see how it all comes together — from cutting the tag die to layering the patterned paper and finishing it off with some subtle embellishments.

This project is perfect if you:

  • Love patterned paper and want to use it as the main feature

  • Prefer minimalist designs without traditional greetings

  • Enjoy mixing natural Australian elements into your festive crafting

Whether you use these tags for gifts, journals or cards, this tag will bring a warm, earthy Australian feel to your Christmas season.

Materials Used for both the tag & card:

  • Home for Christmas Collection – Uniquely Creative
  • Stitched Tag Die – Uniquely Creative
  • Stitched Rectangle Die – Paper Rose Studio
  • Smooth White Cardstock – Paper Rose Studio
  • Cherry Cobbler / Crumb Cake Cardstock – Stampin’ Up!
