G’Day Friends,

If you love creating & adding Doilies to your handmade cards, then you are gonna love today’s card. Over the past couple of days I’ve been sharing the 2024 Advent Calendar by Uniquely Creative. I don’t share these projects until after Tracey & Pearl have revealed what’s inside the Envelope.

In saying that, there are days where I am combining product as it is hard to create with just Embellishment, lol.

The papers have been distressed with a Distressing Tool & then later scrunched into a small ball. The same was repeated for the doily. This really got me out of my comfort zone & one that I will be doing a lot more, especially with this paper.

Once again, both Robbie & myself are sharing easy Birthday cards with you today.

I’m playing with the Inky Spalsh 6 x 6 Paper Collection by Paper Rose Studio. I will admit they are out of my comfort zone, but in saying that I don’t have much left of the papers & have really enjoyed creating with them.

The papers in this collection have a lovely gloss finish on both sides. They are really gorgeous papers. Check out those colourful balloons & that sweet girl. Perfect for a fun birthday!

G’Day Friends,

I am combining both the Advent Calendar & Anything Goes Saturday today.

Each Saturday Robbie & myself share a project on our Channels created with what we have in our stash. I’ve been playing with the Advent Calendar the past week or so & must admit it is truely stunning.

Look at those flowers? Aren’t they just so soft & pretty?

I decided to distress the edges of both the papers & the cardstock layers & then daubed Ink over the top. By doing this, it really highlights the papers.

December 2024 Sheet Load of Cards

G’Day Friends,

Today I am playing along with Crafty Al’s December Sheet Load of Cards. I’ve been a follower of hers for so many years but this is the first time that I’ve actually created with one of her layouts.

Each Saturday, Robbie & myselef create & share a project with you created with something we have in our stash.

I found a couple of my Lala Stamps a little while ago, so decided to have a play with Soccer Luka as I wanted a couple of cards suited for boys. He has been teamed up with the PinkFresh Studio Simply the Best 6 x 6 Papers.

Please don’t be too harsh with my Copic colouring lol. I am so rusty that I had to really play around a little before I was happy with him. I am still not happy with his face or shirt but fingers crossed, it will come back to me.
