Clean & Simple Embossed “Just for You” Card

G’Day Friends,

If you love the look of white-on-white layers with touches of colour, texture and style, this embossed “Just for You” card is the perfect project to try!  It combines elegant simplicity with just enough detail to make it feel special — ideal for birthdays, thank-yous or any thoughtful gesture.

 Supplies Used

  • White cardstock – for base and embossed layer – Paper Rose Studio Basic White Smooth Cardstock
  • Coloured layers – Paper Rose Studio Midnight Navy Smooth Cardstock
  • Embossing folder (your choice of texture – floral, geometric, or dots) – Linen Embossing Folder
  • Patterned paper (soft or neutral tones work best) – 49 & Market Vintage Artisty Serenity Collection
  • Rub-ons or sentiment transfer (butterflies & misc) – 49 & Market Vintage Artisty Serenity Collection
  • Sentiment stamp – Paper Rose Studio
  • Foam tape or adhesive dots (for dimension)
  • Paper trimmer and bone folder

Design Tip

White layers make any card feel clean and modern.  Mixing textures — like embossing with smooth patterned paper — adds visual depth without cluttering the design.
