We’re playing with the fun Construction Zone Stamp Set today, along with the Glorious Gingham DSP.

Now, I will be the first to admit I am not a fan of Copper Clay – 2023-2025 In Colour – so I challenged myself to create with it. I must say that once I started seeing the colours teamed up together I was a little surprised & happy.

Parts of the crane have been coloured & blended with Pumpkin Pie Stampin’ Blends Combo – my go to Colouring Tools. Love these things! The “dirt” is Crumb Cake.

I am loving the combination of Misty Moonlight, Lemon Lime Twist & Pretty Peacock. Colours I would not normally combine but hey, it’s good to get out of comfort zone, right?

Once I had selected my Stamp Set, I then decided to CASE a card from the Annual Catalogue. Stampin’ Up! provide us with lots of inspiration & ideas in all their catalogues so why not use them? Check out Page 78 to see the 2 cards I combined into 1.

Don’t forget, if you don’t have the same supplies, you are still able to CASE any of the ideas & inspiration in the Catalogues. Use what you have in your stash.

The Let’s Go Fishing DSP & is part of the Let’s Go Fishing Suite Collection on the same page. It includes the Gone Fishing Bundle which I’ve used to create my card.

You will be happy to know that I found my rooster from my “live” on Sunday, so instead of letting it go to waste by tossing it out – my normal parctice – I thought it the perfect opportunity to use it on today’s card.

Only parts of the image have been coloured with our Stampin’ Blends. You could always colour his body if you wanted. If you don’t have the Blends, use what you have in your “stash”.

Once again, the layout is very simple with the focus being on the Fractured Card Technique. Have you had a play with this type of card? Warning – it can be very addictive.

Well, we’re onto Week 2 of sharing Masculine Cards throughout August. Where does the time go?

Look at that Rooster? Isn’t he just so proud of himself?

The whole image hasn’t been coloured as I decided to just highlight areas of him with our Stampin’ Blends. You could always colour his body if you wanted. You could also use what you have in your “stash” too for the colouring.
