I’m sharing how we created our card from our Create & Chat Class last week, although a different version. You can see the original version in the video which will be posted later on next week.

The colours used on today’s card are Lemon Lolly, Crushed Curry, Highland Heather, Soft Sea Foam & Gorgeous Grape. The Cardstock is Basic White while the Base Card is Pool Party.

WOW Card with Stampin’ Up! Cheerful Daisies Bundle

Can you beleive today is our last day for Sketch Layout #3 where we’re finishing off with a WOW card?

Once again, I’ve gone with the Brights 6 x 6 DSP which is what I had in mind when I first started this week’s cards. I sort of worked backwards in my head.

As one of my favourite colouring medims are the little but mighty Sponge Duabers, I thought, why not continue with them but at the same time, expand their use & finish off with a bang!

I love all the daisies on this card & how they wrer arranged. Normally I would place the larger flower at the bottom but changed my mind at the last minute. Think it works out quiet well, don’t you?

Stampin’ Up! Cheerful Daisies Bundle Stepped Up Version

I love the Brights 6 x 6 Paper & I love the Cheerful Daisiers Bundle. To me, this is the perfect match.

I love our Sponge Daubers & use them at every chance I get. What about you? Have you given them a go or used them lately?

The die cut embossed flower has been coloured with the Sponge Daubers & Lemon Lolly Ink which just happens to be one of my favourites although I’m not really a yellow person.

The leaves have been stamped with Lemon Lime Twist Ink & fussy cut but you could easily use the die from the Cheerful Daisies Dies.

Cheerful Dasies for Week 2 Sketch Layout

Can you believe Week 1 is over with sharing our first Sketch Layout for September & we’re now beginning Week 2 with a new layout?

Now, I will be honest & say that I found this sketch a challenge. I had ideas for my Wow & Stepped Up versions but no idea of where to start for the Basic. So, in this situation, I broke down the ideas in my head & this is the result.

I’m a real lover of Daisies & Sunflowers or even Gerberas. They are all happy, fun & bright flowers. Look at that lovely bright yellow? That’s Daffodil Delight, Lemon Lolly & Pumpkin Pie. The stem is Granny Appe Green.

Faux Glossy Tiles Technique with Cheerful Daisies Bundle

Welcome to our Wednesday Stamp & Create. As its Week 3 of the month, that means its time for our Techniuqe Club.

Our Technique today is all about the fun Faux Tiles except I’ve gone a little further & turned them into glossy tiles. What a fun technique this one is.

We played with the lovely Cheerful Daisies Bundle to create our card. The colours are Daffodil Delight, Night of Navy & Granny Apple Green. The base card is Melon Mambo. I adore this colour combination.
