Stampin’ Up! Dainty Delight Best Wishes

G’Day Friends,

Today I’m sharing my card from April’s challenge in our Stamp & Create FB Group.

Each month we have a bit of a colour challenge with a difference.  I give them the supplies they must use along with measurements & we go from there.

Even though the Dandy Design Designer Series Paper has retired, it is still one of my all time favourites.

The Danity Delight Bundle on the Last Chance Product List at the moment is such a great Bundle.  I love the dainity little flowers along with the sentiments in this set.

The vase has been punched from Basic White with the Vintage Bottle Punch.  A little bow was tied from the now retiring Pool Party Sheer Ribbon prior to being adhered to the neck of the bottle.

The sentiment is from the Sentimential Park Stamp Set, stamped onto Basic White with Night of Navy Ink prior to being trimmed back to size & shape & adhered to the neck of the bottle with Mini Glue Dots.

I think this card is so lovely & soft, don’t you?  I am loving the soft colours of the DSP along with all the Basic White with touches of Night of Navy.

If you live in Australia, don’t forget to use the April Host Code – PUMG4PEB – if your order is under $250.  Valid from 1 – 30 April 2023.

Stampin’ Up! Dainty Delight Bundle

G’Day Friends,

Are you ready for a little crafting today?

My card today is yet another I created using the same layout from Page 77 of the Mini Catalogue along with parts of the card sample on Page 77 of the same Catalogue.  All I’ve done is combined the 2 together to create today’s card.

You can see the 1st layout by clicking HERE.  It includes the Measurements for A4 – Metric & Imperial.  If you click the link to Robbie’s card, she will have her measurements in Letter Size.  The 2nd card I shared with the same layout may be found HERE.

Now, I’m not normally a purple girl but I will admit that I am loving these colours, especially with the the Orchid Oasis Glmmer Paper.  It just shimmers away sometimes in the background & sometimes popping out in front.

The stamped image is from the Dainty Delight Stamp Set & coloured with Stampin’ Blends.  You could also use your Watercolour Pencils if you liked.

The flowers have been die cut with Orchid Oasis Cardstock using the Dainty Delight Dies.  I love these little daisies as they are just that – dainty!

Be sure to watch the video as I explain how I creted this card.

If you live in Australia, don’t forget to use the March Host Code – RJ7X3CEY -if your order is under $250.  Valid from 1 – 31 March.

Dainty Delight Bundle by Stampin’ Up!

G’Day Friends,

I hope you have enjoyed my projects created with the Dainty Delight Bundle & the Danity Flowers DSP this month.  Today is my last share but if you would like more inspiraton on this Bunde & Papers, be sure to check out the pervious project links along with the video links below.

To create my project, I’ve chopped 2 pieces of the DSP & adhered them to a piece of Basic White Cardstock with a small amount of Basic White showing around all sides of the DSP.

The coloured elements on the card have all been die cut from Rich Razzleberry,  Crushed Curry & Fresh Freesia Cardstock with the Danity Delight Dies.  Love it when the dies can do all the work for you & blend in so perfectly with the gorgeous DSP.

The sentiment is from the Dainty Delight Stamp Set, stamped onto Basic White Cardstock with Mossy Meadow Ink before being die cut with the Stylish Shapes Dies.

It was then adhered to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals before randomly adhering Gorgeous Grape Glossy Dots to the card front too.

Dainty Delight Bundle by Stampin’ Up!

G’Day Friends,

As my monthly Bundle Focus for January has been all about the Dainty Flowers DSP along with the Dainty Delight Bundle I thought I would share a card with the Bundle only.  I’m a little behind in sharing my projects but hopefully we will be up to date before the end of January.

Have you been joining me for our Monthly Bundle Focus Online Class?  Don’t worry if you haven’t, I have a surprise for you at the end of the month, but shhhhhhhhh….

I am loving all the elements in the Dainty Delight Dies especially the lovely little daisy.  Have you seen it?  Fits so perfectly onto any of your projects.

To create the garden –

  • Ranodmly stamp the leaves images onto Basic White Cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink
  • Randomly stamp grass & flowers image along bottom of same Basic White Cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink
  • Colour & blend leaves & grass with Garden Green Watercolour Pencil
  • Colour & blend daisies with Daffodil Delight Watercolour Pencil
  • Die cut 3 x stems from Garden Green Cardstock with the Dainty Delight Dies prior to adhering to Basic White panel
  • Die cut above 3 or 4 leaves from Garden Green Cardstock with Dainty Delight Dies prior to randomly adhering to Garden Green Stems
  • Die cut 4 x daisies & 3 x half diaisies from Daffodil Delight Cardstock with Danity Delight Dies
  • Layer 2 of the daisies onto each other so that petals are off-centered
  • Repeat for 2nd daisy & also the half daisy
  • Die cut the middles for flowers from Soft Suede Cardstock with the Dainty Delight Dies
  • Adhere to middle of each flower prior to adhering flowers to tops of stems with Stampin’ Dimensionals
  • Cut petals from the remaining half daisy prior to randomly adhering down the half leaf daisy stem so that they look like they are falling onto the grass

This month our hop showcases items from both the 2023 January-April Catalogue & the 2023 Sale-a-Bration of which there will only be one for the year.

Our projects have been created with either the Dainty Delight Bundle or On the Farm Bundle.  Each Bundle just happens to have coordinating Designer Series Paper which you are able to earn for FREE with every $90 spent.

You may be starting with me, Vicky Wright Australia or have come from Theresa’s blog where she shared her lovely project.  Don’t forget you can visit all the other blogs on today’s hop by clicking on the Blog Roll at the bottom of this post.

For those of you who know me, I love chopping my DSP into random pieces & that’s just what I’ve done on this one.  No surprise hey.  The sentiment was stamped in Starry Sky Ink & die cut with the die from Natural Prints Dies.

A small bow from the Starry Sky Metallic Woven Ribbon was tied prior to being adhered to the bottom of the shape with a Mini Glue Dot.    It was finished off by randomly adhering 3 x Pink Pastel Pearls to the card front.
