G’Day Stampers,

Today’s post is one I created some time ago but had ever shared.  In fact, over the next week or so, I will be sharing lots of different cards that I have found which have not beenDaisy-Lane-1---Inside posted!

I actually created 2 different versions of this card, same but not the same!  If I remember correctly, I think the card was created for a class.

The stamp is from the lovely Daisy Lane Stamp Set along with the Medium Daisy Punch both of which are available as a Bundle!  The Daisy Punch has also been used for the large daisy.=

Stamp ‘N Hop Blog Hop

G’Day stampers,

Today I am hopping along with the June Stamp ‘N Hop Blog Hop.

We are a group of SU! Demos from all over the world sharing their love of Stampin’ Up! June-2019---Hello-to-the-ne You are free to join us if you like, but we do ask that you be a current SU! Demo & that you use current SU! products.

Oh boy, do we have a real treat for you this month as it is a great big hello to the brand new 2019-2020 Annual Catalogue!  I sure hope you are inspired with all the fantastic projects you will see as you hop along with us.

You may have arrived from Stacey’s blog where I’m sure you would have seen her fantastic project.

I chopped & changed my mind so many times  I ended up confusing myself with all the lovely new stuff I could pre-order.  In the end I decided to keep it simple & showcase the gorgeous new Magnolia Lane Memories & More Card Pack along with the Magnolia Lane Large Specialty Memories & More Cards & Envelopes.  I can see myself using these a lot during the year & are already on my list for re-ordering.

Card #1

I adhered a small card from the Memories & More Card Pack onto a piece of Petal Pink Magnolia-Lane-Card-Pack---ICardstock before adhering it to the centre of the large Card.  The sentiment has been adhered to a piece of Whisper White Cardstock for more support, cut back to size & then adhered to a piece of Mossy Meadow Cardstock which has been punched with the Classic Label Punch before adhering it to the card front with Mini Stampin’ Dimenisonals.

I wrapped a piece of Mossy Meadow Twine which is from the Magnolia Lane Ribbon Combo Pack, around my fingers & adhered it the back of a die cut flower using a Mini Glue Dot.  Once again, I adhered the die cut flower to a piece of scrap Whisper White for more support & fussy cut around the flower.  The flower was then popped over the Twine with a Stampin’ Dimensional.

It was finished with a couple of Pearls to the Card Front.

Magnolia-Lane-Card-Pack

Card #2

Again a small card from the Memories & More Card Pack was adhered onto a piece of Petal Pink Cardstock before adhering it to the centre of the large card. The sentiment was again adhered to a piece of whisper White, cut back to size & adhered to the Card Front with Mini Stampin’ Dimenisonals.

It was finished with a couple of Pearls to the Card Front.

For the insides of the cards, a decorative strip from the Card Pack was adhered onto a piece of Whisper White prior to adhering inside the Base Card.

The cards are very easy to create but oh boy, are they gorgeous in real life.

I will be sharing the remainder of the cards created during he week so be sure to pop back to see them all.

Free as a Bird

G’Day Stampers,

I took my inspiration for today’s card from the card on Page 90 of the new Catalogue.  It is amazing how our creations can take a turn of their own which is exactly what mine ended up doing.  Nothing at all like the one from the catalogue.

I’ve played with Free as a Bird Stamp Set.  The flowers have been randomly stamped onto a piece of Whisper White Cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, along with the smaller flowers & leaves.

The images have been coloured & blended with the Stampin’ Blends Combos of Calypso Free-as-a-Bird-1---Close-UpCoral, Daffodil Delight & Old Olive for the leaves.  I took my Light Pool Party & randomly coloured the background & around the images.  The card was adhered to a piece of Whisper White & then to a Pool Party Base Card.

The sentiment is from the same set, stamped onto a scrap of Whisper White Cardstock in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink prior to being die cut with the Stitched Nested Label Dies & adhered to the Card Front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

To finish it off, I randomly applied Pool Party Iridescent Sequins to the front.

I do hope you enjoyed my card today.  Don’t be scared to case the Catalogues for inspiration!

After a few requests for the Stamp, Ink & Paper Online Class dates to be changed, I’ve now answered your requests & from June, they will now be released the 15th of each month.  This means that you will have a new Online Class approx every 2 weeks.  In saying that, you are still able to pre-order for the upcoming Abstract Impressions Online class.

Global Stampin Friends Blog Hop

G’Day Stampers,

Today I am hopping along with  the Global Stamping Friends where we are having anlogo Extra Ordinary Blog Hop -New & Carrying Over  This means we are able to share new products that were received OnStage or a swap that was created for OnStage or a current product that is carrying over into the new Catalogue.

You may have joined me from Amber’s blog & if so, welcome!

I was so happy to see that both the Daisy Delight Stamp Set & the Daisy Punch were being carried over.  These items would have to be one of my all time favourites as I love Daisies, Gerberas, Sunflowers & Frangipanis (I know, nothing to do with the daisies but I love them all the same).

Daisy-Delight-3---Close-UpI’ve actually cased myself with the layout of the card I am sharing with you but I have changed the colours & stamp which creates a totally different card.  I teamed the Stamp Set with Pacific Point, Mango Melody & Whisper White.  The leaves have been stamped in Granny Apple Green but stamped off once prior to stamping inside the outline image.  I am loving the clean, simple look of the card which  probably meets #simplestamping criteria.

To see more inspiration, be sure to visit all the other blogs in the hop.  Next up is Lisa or click on the Next Arrow to visit Lisa.  There is also a Blog Hop Roll Call below the photo in case you get lost.
