I am a little late in sharing this card with you today but thought I would anyway. I even have a little video to share with you too.

The card has actually been Page 28 of the Annual Catalogue but with my spin on it.

The flowers are from the lovely Hand-Penned Petal Stamp Set, Page 107 & have been coloured with Watercolour Pencils along with the Water Painters. I love my Pencils. Have you played with them yet?

I am loving the bright colours of Melon Mambo along with Basic Grey, So Saffron & Granny Apple Green. What do you think?

Watercolouring with Painted Poppies Stamp Set

As July is Watercoluring month I thought I would share a couple of cards I’ve created using our Water Painters, Inks & Refills. It is such a fun technique, so be sure you have a play.

Check out this video highlghting how to watercolour with your Water Painters.

As I hadn’t played with the Watercolour Paper for some time, out it came.

For my card I was determined to use a set that I hadn’t used for sometime, so down came the Painted Poppies Stamp Set. In fact, this set is fantastic for watercolouring as the images are big & open, just want you want for quick & easy cards. I also dug out my Watercolour Pencils & Water Painter.

The sentimet is from Peaceful Moments Stamp Set & has been stamped onto Very Vanilla with Gorgeous Grape Ink.

Do you recognise the layout? It has actually been cased from Page 28 of the Annual Catalogue!

Across the Waves Blog Hop

Today I am sharing a card I created for our February Challenge over in our World Card Making Group – #WCMG. Anyone is welcome to join us.

The challenge this month is to create with something that is new to you. Well, I’ve not long received the lovely Blessings of Home Bundle long with the Heart & Home DSP. Both are from the January-June Mini Catalogue.

A piece of the DSP was adhererd to a layer of Basic White before scoring 3 lines down right side with Paper Trimmer. This was adhered to a piece of Grey Granite Cardstock before being adhered to a Gorgeous Grape Base Card.

The image was stamped in Grey Grantie onto Basic White, coloured & blended with Watercolour Pencils bfeore die cutting with the matching Flowers of Home Dies & adhered to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

The sentiment was stamped onto scrap Basic White in Grey Granite, trimmed back to size & shape & then adhered to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

To complete the card Classic Matte Dots were adhered to the card front.

Under My Umbrella

G’Day Stampers,

I haven’t been posting much in the past week or so as I have been having trouble with my internet – which meant that I had time to sit plan & design for some upcoming online classes, in person classes & projects to share with you. I also managed to clean out my craft room although I still have 1 side of the cupboard to go.

My card today is one we created in class a couple of days ago with the cute Under My Umbrella Stamp Set.

The background has been embossed with the lovely Ornate Floral 3D Embossing Folder. This Folder is just so pretty & I do find myself using it all the time.

The Umbrella & flowers have been coloured with our Watercolour Pencils. The flowers were fussy cut while the umbrella was punched with the matching Umbrella Builder Punch.

I am loving the combination of the Embossing Folder & the Stamp Set.

October’s Stamp & Card Club is now open for subscription. This month it is all about the male with Game On being the start of the show.
