Full of Life Mini Folio Album

I am so excited to announce the opening of our August Creative Mini Album Class.  In this class we will be creating a 4 x 6 Mini Album which will hold up to 30 photos of different sizes.

So with the 15% discount of our Designer Series Papers, I thought it a perfect time to share another project created with our Product of the Month – the SKETCHED BUTTERFLIES BUNDLE.  I’ve also teamed it up with the FULL OF LIFE 6 X 6 DSP.

Measurements –

  • Thick Base White Cardstock – 11 1/2″ x 6 1/2″
  • Basic Black Cardstock – 2 x 4 3/4″ x 6 1/8″
  • Basic Black Cardstock – 2 x 3/4″ x 6 1/8″
  • DSP – 2 x 4 5/8″ x 6″
  • DSP – 2 x 5/8″ x 6″

To decorate the Folio, I stamped 2 butterflies from the Sketched Butterflies Stamp Set, coloured them with Stampin’ Blends Combos prior to die cutting with matching Sketched Butterflies Dies.

Isn’t that paper so pretty?  I love the touch of yellow in the middle of it.  I especially love the cluster of small butterflies around the circle.  Simple but effective.

It’s time for another share where Robbie & myself have been recreating some of our projects from 12 months ago.  I love this challenge as we get to see what the same projects looks like using different product – totally different, but you be the judge.

This is my original project which you can find all the details including a video on how I created my original card by clicking HERE.

This is today’s card.  As you can see, same layout but with different products, totally different!  Give it a try sometime.

Layering Leaves | Stampin’ Up!

G’Day Friends,

It seems like forever since I’ve posted!  Things have been quiet on the home front starting in early February with no phone or internet for 10 days due to upgrades with the service.

Anyhow, Robbie & myself are back with sharing ideas & inspiration with you throughout the month of March.  We are caseing ourselves from March 2023.  Should be very interesting hey.

My card is actually from late February as I didn’t read the date correct but that is ok.  You can see all the details on my original card by clicking on this link.

Now, let me be honest here & say the piece I’ve used on my card today has been on my desk for sometime & I’ve just been moving it from spot to spot.  At one stage it ended up in the bin before being rescued.  You can imagine me doing a happy dance when I saw this card lol as the piece was just perfect for today’s card.

I am really happy with the layout of this one as it sort of come together of it’s own free will.  Does that often happen to you.
