Once again I am sharing with you our 2nd card we created in our class on Friday where we played with the Tranquil Textures Suite.  The Suite consists of the Sea of Textures Stamp Set, Under the Sea Dies which are available as a Bundle up to 3 June, Tranquil Textures DSP & the Tranquil Textures Sprinkles.

It is a card that was created when I first received the 2018-2019 catalogue but had neverSea-of-Creatures-2---Inside shared so I thought this is the perfect opportunity to do a class with the cards & share the tutorials at the same time.  Now it is almost that time once again when we get to play with new product from the 2019-2020 Catalogue.

G’Day Stampers.  It is that time once again where I am taking part in Kylie’s International Highlights Hop for July.  Where does the time go?  It only seems like yesterday that we were hopping along with Kylie

This month the theme is – TRAVEL.

As I had the Tranquil Textures Suite still sitting on my desk from a project I had created, Sea-of-Textures---InsideI decided to challenge myself & come up with something using what was in front of me – scraps of this & that.  After seeing a couple of small squares of the DSP & not wanting to toss them in the bin I sort of then played for a bit until I was happy with the final result.  Sometimes you just have to go with the flow.

Mind you, the Sea of Textures Stamp Set has the perfect sentiment for Travel, don’t you think?

Not sure of what is Kylie’s International Highlights?   It is where Demonstrators from all around the world take part in a monthly Blog Highlight.  It’s a great way to get to know other Demonstrators & see projects using current Stampin’ Up!® product.

DSP Card Kits & Tutorials

I’m a little behind in releasing this month’s Card Kits & Tutorials as I broke my glasses last week which leaves me a little restricted in getting things done.  Luckily the tutorials, etc had already been completed but it was a little hard posting.  All good at the moment, so fingers crossed.Tranquil-Textures---DSP-Car

This month we get to play with the Tranquil Textures Suite.

The Kits contain 6 x pieces of 4” x 6” DSP & 6 x A5 matching Cardstock.  This means that you have enough left over to create 3 more cards of your choice or you can create your cards using the additional Sketch Layout included when your purchase the Tutorials.

As from this month, included in each Card Kit & Tutorial is a list of everything included in that particular Suite, eg Stamp Set, Colours, Embellishments, Dies, etc.  Some time during the month you will receive an extra Tutorial using the month’s sketch..

Purchasing Kits & Tutorials this way is perfect for the beginner or for someone who is just starting out & not sure how to use DSP or too afraid to cut into it (how many of us are in this boat).  The tutorials & sketch are able to be used over & over with different product.

One thing to remember –
Kits are only available for a limited time which means once they are gone, they are gone.  However, the PDF Tutorials are available for as long as the Catalogue/s are Cards-Only-Photocurrent.

Yes, SU! Demonstrators may use the Tutorials for their classes.  It is the perfect resource for Demos.
