A new Weekly Sketch was uploaded to my FB Page yesterday for you to play along with. did you see it? They are posted each Monday for you so be sure to check them out & of course, share your creations with us.

Now, I will admit my card is totally different to what I had in my mind. For one, I used a completely different stamp set by just pulling the wrong one off the shelf lol. Never mind, I’m happy with the final result.

Sometimes Tahitian Tide can be a little too brght for me but I toned it down with Night of Navy & touches of Granny Apple Green & Pretty Peacock.

Stampin’ Up! Season of Chic Card Template #4

It’s been awhile since we created something from a Card Template. In our live last week, that’s excatly what we did. It’s the perfect card for a male for any occasion. Change out the colours & it could be for anyone.

I love created my cards from templates & often go back to older ones but you would never know. Different product & they look completely different.

It’s been awhile since I last played with the Season of Chic Stamp Set and the Chic Dies. They both worked perfectly for this layout.

For my card today , I decided to use the colour combination of Sweet Sorbet, Blackberry Bliss, Cherry Cobbler & Old Olive. Colours I would not normally go for but I think they work well together.

Non-Traditional Christmas Card with Very Best Occasions

July is a new month & that means Robbie & myself have new projects to share with you all month. We’re having a Christmas in July!

Yep, all month, we will be sharing projects for you to create in time for Christmas. I’m sure you will be seeing lots of different creations from both Robbie & myself.

I am a very non-traditional Christmas person. Don’t get me wrong, I love christmas but I am not keen on all the reds & greens. I like to step out of the box a little. I also like to create what I think suits our area. So be prepared to see all sorts of cards this month lol.

My card is not what I started out to create. It sort of took a different turn but I’m happy with the colours & layout.

The Paper is the 2022-2024 Tahitian TIde 6 x 6 which was chopped back to a piece & adhered to a piece of Basic White Cardstock.

The sentiment is from the Very Best Occasions which is just perfect for ALL occasions.

To highlight the paper a little, 2 lines were scored along the top & 3 along the bottom of the DSP. I love doing this on my cards. It creates such a big impact.

Stamp ‘N Hop December Blog Hop

Welcome to the Stamp ‘N Hop Blog Hop for December where it is all about Christmas!

As December is always full on, it is a very short hop this month. All the same, I’m sure you will find inspiration for your Christmas projects.

I’ve been creating my Christmas Cards with an Australian feel about them. Not necessarily all the same but same layout with different stamp sets which I will be sharing over the next few days. It isn’t often that I create multiples of the same card but I love this layout & I love this stamp set!

My cards today have been created with one of my favourite layouts which I think is quick & easy! I’ve used the 2022-2024 In Colour DSP to create them along with the Sunkissed Stamp Set from the current Mini Catalogue. This fun set will no longer be available once the Mini finishes. Shop for this set NOW.

The Stampin’ Write Markers of Tahitian Tide, Early Espresso, Crumb Cake & Old Olive were used to colour the image prior to huffing & then stamping onto the die cut stitched rectangle.

The cards were completed by randomly adding Pearlescent White Elegant Faceted Gems to the card front.
