To create my card I sponged a piece of Whisper White CS with Crushed Curry, Night of Navy & Elegant Eggplant Inks using a Stamping Sponge. This piece was then adhered behind a piece of Whisper white CS which had been die cut using the Eclectic Layers Thinlits. It was then layered onto a piece of Crushed Curry CS & then to the Base Card – Elegant Eggplant.
The large flower was stamped onto a piece of Whisper White CS in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink before applying Elegant Eggplant Ink with a Sponge Dauber. The inner petals were highlighted with Night of Navy Ink using a Blender Pen before finishing off with Clear Wink of Stella & die cutting with the matching die from Eclectic Layers Thinlits.
The 2 flowers were once again stamped onto a piece of Whisper White CS. The first flower was lightly shaded with Crushed Curry Ink using a Sponge Dauber. Again, the lower inner petals were highlighted with Crushed Curry & a Blender Pen before being die cut with the matching die from the Oh So Eclectic Thinlits & Clear Wink of Stella applied.
I used the same technique for the 2nd flower but this time using Night of Navy & Elegant Eggplant Inks.
The leaves were die cut with the Eclectic Layers Thinlits from a piece of Whisper White before Garden Green Ink applied with a Sponge Dauber.
The flowers & leaves were arranged onto the Card Front before being adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals. The sentiment is from the Bunch of Blossoms Stamp Set& has been stamped direct onto the Card Front in Memento Tuxedo Black.
To complete the card I scattered Regals Candy Dots (retired) around the Card Front. You could easily replace the Dots with current products & colouring with the Stampin’ Blends.
I’m happy to say Jenni loved her card & hopefully you do too.
I’ve been quite on my blog for a little – family stuff going on but hopefully I can find my creative side once again & get back into my regular blogging.
To begin with, I cased a sketch from a challenge, didn’t get it posted in time but thought I would share it with you anyhow. It is a very simple card but one I hope will inspire you. I’ve kept lots of white on the card as I wanted the colours to be the WOW factor. In fact, the card could be used for a number of occasions.
By clicking on the link below you are able to download a free tutorial to create your own card or just use the layout. It includes all the measurements (metric & imperial) along with a list of products.

I hope you all had a lovely weekend & did heaps of creating!
Today’s card has been re-created from one I did a month or so ago & have never shared with you. It is a simple little card but one that I am happy with. I am not sure whether it is the colours or the cute little Flirty Flowers Stamp Set.
To create today’s card I’ve used the brand new Stampin’ Blends which will be available to everyone 1 November. Believe me, you will want them in your collection. They are just wonderful!
I randomly stamped the images direct onto a piece of Whisper White CSin Memento Tuxedo Black Ink before proceeding to colour the main flowers with the Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends. The larger leaves have been coloured with the Old Olive Stampin’ Blends, but very light while the smaller ones I’ve left as they are.
For some of the smaller flowers I’ve used my Blender Pen& Melon Mambo Ink. For some reason I love Daffodil Delight & Melon Mambo together especially when you add touches of Basic Blackwhich is what I layered the Whisper White onto before layering onto a Daffodil DelightBase Card.
