Each Sunday I share a Sketch Layout for our group to play with.

Then the next day – Monday, I share a video tutorial showing how I created my card along with a bonus project using the same layout. It’s a lot of fun, especially great if you are stuck for inspiration.

It is a simple layout although you can make it as hard or asa easy as you like. In my case, I let the lovely DSP do all the talking & be the star of the show.

I created my card with the Design a Daydream DSP which I teamed up with the lovely Butterfly Brilliance Stamp Set & the matching Brilliant Wings Dies.

The Cardstock colours are Blackberry Bliss, Old Olive & Basic White while the Ink is So Saffron & Blackberry Bliss.

The sentiment on the card is from the fun Biggest Wish Stamp Set & one of my go to sets. I love that you can do so much with it & have a different result each time.

Today I am sharing with you a card I created sometime ago but have never gotten round to sharing it with you.

Butterflies! I love seeing them in my garden, flying out & in the flowers & plants Some of them bright while others not so but all very beautiful just the same.

The butterflies have been stamped onto Basic White in Bermuda Bay, chopped into 3’s prior to adhering to a piece of Blushing Bride. I didn’t go how these colours would suite but I am liking them.

Randomly chopping my layers & DSP into pieces is one of my favourite ways of creating my cards. So what do I do this time round after stamping my image? Chop into 3’s, of course.

The central butterfly is from the now retired Butterfly Bijou DSP. I love that we have images on some of our DSP that also coordinate with our Dies.
