Little Wings, Big Wonders Mini Album

G’Day Friends,

It’s time once again to share with you my Design Team Project for Lexi Design.

The gorgeous Wispering Wings Background Papers along with the equally Whispering Wings Illustrations are a must have in your craft room.  I adore everything about this Collection.

I have had a template for a small 4 x 4 Mini Album sitting on my desk for a few weeks now & thought this the perfect time to bring it to life.  I’m happy to say that the album is now buzzing with life – from fluttering butterflies to curious crawlers.

Crafting Dragon Design Team Project

G’Day Friends,

I have another share today created for my Design Team Project created with the lovely Grungy Floral Collection by Crafting Dragon Design.  If you love grunge AND vintage, then this Collection is for you!

I decided to play with a couple of pieces of the papers that are part of this Collection.  One piece was used for the background while the flowers are from about 3 different pieces.

Once the flowers & leaves had been fussy cut, all pieces were scraunched into a ball & sponged with Forrest Moss Distress Ink.  The edges of the background layers were then distressed, ink added to the distressing & adhered to a Cream Base Card.

Card #4 with Echoes of the Outback Card Collection

I have another share for you created with the Echoes of the Outback Card Collection which is part of our Anything Goes Saturday Series.  Be sure to check out what Robbie has created by clicking HERE.

This is my 4th card created with this Collection besides the Craft @ Home Card Kit.  It is truely beautiful.

Across the Waves with Oxeye Daisy

G’Day Friends,

It’s time for another Across the Waves share where May has been all about Watercolour or Colour Pencils.  Today, I’ve brought in the trusty Blender Pen along with the Watercolour Pencils.  They have been teamed up with the Oxeye Daisy Stamp Set & Dies by Altenew.

Supplies –

  • Oxeye Daisy Build-a-Garden – Altenew
  • White Smooth Cardstock – Paper Rose Studio
  • Cherry Blossom Smooth Cardstock – Paper Rose studio
  • Charcoal Black Smooth Cardstock – Paper Rose Studio
  • Watercolour Pencils – Stampin’ Up!
  • Blender Brush – Stampin’ Up!
  • Pure White Crisp Emboss Powder – Altenew

Let’s Create –

  • Stamp image direct onto Cherry Blossom Cardstock with VersaMark Ink prior to heat setting with Pure White Crisp Emboss Powder
  • Colour & blend image with Watercolour Pencil of choice & Blender Pen
  • Blend Pool Party Ink over top of White Smooth Cardstock with Blending Brush
  • Die cut image with Oxeye Daisy Die prior to adhering to coloured White Smooth Cardstock with Dimensional Tape
  • Adhere to Charcoal Black Smooth Cardstock & then to White Smooth Base Card
  • Stamp sentiment of choice direct onto scrap Charcoal Black Smooth Cardstock with VersaMark Ink prior to heat setting with Pure White Criisp Emboss Powder
  • Die cut with matching shape from Oxeye Daisy Die prior to adhering to card front with Dimensional Tape
  • Tie small bow from White Twine prior to adhering to card front with Mini Glue Dot
  • Complete card by randomly adhering White Pearls to card front
