I had a stall at the local Christmas Fair 2 weeks ago. Wow, talk about being organised & so well set up. I couldn’t believe it. Thank you so much to John & the team. Thank you to Wendy, Irene & their volunteers who help set up Santa’s Workshop for the kids – they loved it.
I like to create packs of 3 x 3 Gift Cards for Christmas & find they are very popular. This year I decided to use the new “Holly Berry Happiness” Bundle from the 2016 Holiday Catalogue. The packs have 6 cards & envelopes in each.
I stamped the Holly Image direct onto a piece of Whisper White Card in Garden Green Ink. The “Merry Christmas” is from “Teeny Tiny Sentiments” & was stamped in Chocolate Chip Ink.
The bow was stamped in Real Red Ink direct onto scraps of Real Red Card before punching with the coordinating Holly Punch & adhering to the Holly with a Stampin’ Dimensional.
The piece was then layered onto the Base Card of Real Red.
Only 22 more sleeps for Christmas! Where does the time go?
Once again, thank you to everyone who continually purchases our Treats. It is very much appreciated & always happy to hear your feedback, especially how much you are enjoying them. Gail M says “Thank you so much. I can happily say I am now a “Technique Junkie”.
Christmas Cards are on the list again this month, although you could easily use the techniques on scrapbook pages or any 3-D projects you may have on your desk. Embossing with Dies & Negative Die Cutting are the fun techniques we’ve used!

I’m still plugging along with my Christmas Cards & must say that now I have created a few, I am slowly getting into them.
My card today started out as a case from the Annual Catalogue but again, took a mind of its own. Looking at it now, it is nothing like the one on Page 26.
I’ve used the lovely Holly Textured EF, along with the cute Holly Berry Happiness Bundle from the 2016 Holiday Catalogue, plus a little bit of Dazzling Diamonds GlimmerPaper, Rhinestones & Baker’s Twine. I’ve teamed the Whisper White with Pool Party, CrushedCurry & Chocolate Chip, which I must admit I would never have teamed up together but am loving the colours!

I’ve been trying to create my Christmas Cards in time for 1 December as I have set myself a goal to have them in the mail by 1 December….. Maybe wishful thinking but hey, I have to start somewhere.
My card today started out nothing like it finished but I am really happy with it. I let the gorgeous “This Christmas” Speciality DSP be the star of the “show”. I’ve combined it up with the lovely little bundle from the 2016 Holiday Catalogue – “Holiday Berry” Stamp Set & the “Holly Berry” Builder Punch.
To finish my card I scattered a couple of Rhinestone Basic Jewels around the Oval.
