Our card today is one we created in our first class for the School Holidays.
I have been asked a number of times about Card Class for Kids over the Holidays. So, after getting the numbers to be able to run these classes, we created our first card. The kids who came along (& the Mums, of course) all had a great time & absolutely loved the card, were asking when the next class was going to be.
For the time being, these will be held every Friday both morning & afternoon sessions. Please contact me if you would like to come along, as spaces are limited.
If the time comes, then the classes will be expanded to more days during the week of the School Holidays. All classes are held at the Caloundra Community Centre.
I did find the inspiration on Pinterest, but as is always the case, when you go looking for it again, you just can’t seem to find it. I did add the extended part to the card. Please let me know if you recognise it, so that I can give you the credit, but in the meantime, thank you so much for your inspiration.
Today’s post is yet another “Bag of Cards” for our C5 cards (Australian size). The bag could easily be adjust to fit US cards too.
The Gorgeous “Afternoon Picnic” DSP is one I had a lot of trouble using. I decided that it was going to be the main focus for my “April Kit of the Month“. Imagine my surprise when the cards all come together so quickly. I couldn’t believe that the paper had just sat on the shelf for nearly 12 months & I had not cut into it.
Once I had created the cards, I then decided that it would be nice to have something to put them into. So I set about creating yet another Bag for my cards. The 1st Bag may be seen by scrolling down to the post below.
Of course, there is not that much of the DSP left now even though I had purchased more for the kits.
I will be posting the Tutorial on my Tutorial Page in the next day, so be sure to pop back to check it out!
