Dainty Delight Bundle by Stampin’ Up!

G’Day Friends,

I hope you have enjoyed my projects created with the Dainty Delight Bundle & the Danity Flowers DSP this month.  Today is my last share but if you would like more inspiraton on this Bunde & Papers, be sure to check out the pervious project links along with the video links below.

To create my project, I’ve chopped 2 pieces of the DSP & adhered them to a piece of Basic White Cardstock with a small amount of Basic White showing around all sides of the DSP.

The coloured elements on the card have all been die cut from Rich Razzleberry,  Crushed Curry & Fresh Freesia Cardstock with the Danity Delight Dies.  Love it when the dies can do all the work for you & blend in so perfectly with the gorgeous DSP.

The sentiment is from the Dainty Delight Stamp Set, stamped onto Basic White Cardstock with Mossy Meadow Ink before being die cut with the Stylish Shapes Dies.

It was then adhered to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals before randomly adhering Gorgeous Grape Glossy Dots to the card front too.

You can see my past projects created for the month with the Dainty Delight Bundle & the  Dainty Flowers DSP, click on the links below –

Inspirations in Ink January Blog Hop

G’Day Friends,

Thank you for dropping by where once again it’s time for our Inspirations in Ink Blog Hop.

Welcome to January where we are showcasing the oh so gorgeous Seaside Bay Bundle.  I have loved playing with this Bundle so much that I know you will too.

You may be starting here – Vicky Wright, Australia – or have come from another blog.  Either way, you can find our Blog Roll at the end of this post, especially if you get a little lost.  All you have to do is click on the links to follow along.

Chcek out this cute little Seagull!  Don’t you think he is just the cutest?  To achieve this look, I inked the image with Sahara Sand Ink, prior to randomly daubing Night of Navy Ink over the feathers with a Sponge Dauber.

The sand/seahells image was stamped direct onto a piece of Very Vanilla Cardstock with Sahara Sand Ink.  Yep,  you read right!  I wanted to play & create with Very Vanilla Cardstock instead of Basic White Cardstock which is what coordinates with the By the Seaside Designer Series Papers.  I think it worked out perfectly, but you be the judge.

I hope you’ve enjoyed my project today.  I have a few more projects to share with you throughout February along with the Bundle Focus Online Class all created with this gorgeous Bundle.

As mentioned above, this is a blog hop.  I know you will see amazing projects created with this Bundle along the way.  Of course, don’t forget to leave a little comment or 2 as you go.

Roll Call-

G’Day Friends,

As my monthly Bundle Focus for January has been all about the Dainty Flowers DSP along with the Dainty Delight Bundle I thought I would share a card with the Bundle only.  I’m a little behind in sharing my projects but hopefully we will be up to date before the end of January.

Have you been joining me for our Monthly Bundle Focus Online Class?  Don’t worry if you haven’t, I have a surprise for you at the end of the month, but shhhhhhhhh….

I am loving all the elements in the Dainty Delight Dies especially the lovely little daisy.  Have you seen it?  Fits so perfectly onto any of your projects.

To create the garden –

  • Ranodmly stamp the leaves images onto Basic White Cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink
  • Randomly stamp grass & flowers image along bottom of same Basic White Cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink
  • Colour & blend leaves & grass with Garden Green Watercolour Pencil
  • Colour & blend daisies with Daffodil Delight Watercolour Pencil
  • Die cut 3 x stems from Garden Green Cardstock with the Dainty Delight Dies prior to adhering to Basic White panel
  • Die cut above 3 or 4 leaves from Garden Green Cardstock with Dainty Delight Dies prior to randomly adhering to Garden Green Stems
  • Die cut 4 x daisies & 3 x half diaisies from Daffodil Delight Cardstock with Danity Delight Dies

Dainty Flowers DSP by Stampin’ Up!

G’Day Friends,

I don’t normally post on a Monday, but I thought I would start sharing a few extra projects that I’ve been creating with the lovely Dainty Delight Bundle from the Mini along with the Dainty Flowers DSP which is Level 1 of Sale-a-Bration.

Today’s card is quite easy as I wanted the DSP to be the star of the show.  Have you seen this DSP?  It is so pretty & soft BUT in saying that it is also fantastic for the males too.  Don’t forget to look at both sides.  You never know what you will discover!

I love that with these papers, all you really have to do is stamp a sentiment, add a little Ribbon or Embellishments if you like & your cards are done.  Quick & easy.

I decided to try the Spotlighting Technique in that I die cut a circle from the paper with the Layering Circles Dies.  I then die cut a scallop circle with the same dies but just 1 size up with Rich Razzleberry Cardstock.

The DSP circle was adhered to the scallop circle Cardstock before being laid back into the DSP layer with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  When adhering the pieces back in place, be sure to match in your images as close as possible.

The sentiment is from the Dainty Delight Stamp Set & was stamped direct onto the DSP with Starry Sky Ink.

You can see another project created for the males with the same Dainty Flowers DSP by clicking  HERE.

If you live in Australia, click on the photo below to purchase this Bundle.  Don’t forget to use the December Host Code –6ZVJGYMC – if your order is under $250.

Dandy Designs DSP by Stampin’ Up!

G’Day Friends,

I’m sharing the card we created in our Stamp & Create FB Live yesterday where we played with the Level 2, Sale-a-Bration Dandy Designs DSP.  Much to my surprise, I am loving the designs & colours of these papers.  The colours are for male, female, kids & babies.  In fact anyone & everyone.  It is just perfect for all occasions.

I’m not sure what this Fun Fold is called but be careful, be very careful as it is pretty addictive.  The hardest part of the whole fold is deciding on what Papers to use!

Now I know what you’re thinking, “Blue & Green should neer be seen!”  But in this case, Pool Party & Granny Apple Green go so well together, don’t you think?

Check out the colours on that owl?  He is from the Level 1, Sale-a-Bration, Adorable Owls Stamp Set.  The colours are Balmy Blue, Granny Apple Green & Coastal Cabana Stampin’ Blends.

All the measurements will be posted once I’ve sorted them out.

In the meantime, click on the video to see how I create my card.

Create Weekly #9 with Favored Flowers DSP

G;Day Friends,

Wishing you all a very Happy, Healthy & Safe 2023.  I do hope you all had a lovely night out & about or a fun night if you spent it at home in front of the TV.

Today’s card was one we created in our FB Live yesterday using the fun Sketch Layout #9.  Lots of potentional, don’t you think?

I decided to try & use the lovely new Favored Flowers DSP (I realise the spelling is not right) from 2023 January-February Sale-a-Bration which goes live 5 January.  If you live in Australia & don’t have a copy of the new 2023 Januart-April Mini Catalogue or SAB Brochure, please let me know & I can arrange one to be posted off to you.

These papers have Dies that match but believe me they are easy enough to fussy cut around & add them to your projects.  The flower images are just stunning & seem to pop out from the paper.
