G’Day Stampers,
Today’s card is one I’ve created for my “Thank You” cards for January. It features the 3-Step Stampin’ Technique using one of the FREE Stamp Sets available from 2015 Sale-A-Bration which begins January 6 through to March 31, 2015. This Brochure is packed with gorgeous new product which I am going to showcase over the next month or so. You are able to earn your FREE product by placing an order of $90.00 (plus P&H).
I must admit, this set has been carefully designed, in that each part of the flower has a “tag” to show which direction the stamp should face to get the correct layering lined up. The sheet has the flower images numbered so you know which stamp to stamp first, etc.
I’ve found with this stamp set, it is best to stamp off once or twice prior to stamping your image. In saying that, I found it better if I didn’t stamp off at all as it created a deeper effect.
The flower is created by using 2 different ink colours. In this case I’ve used Melon Mambo & So Saffron, while the stem is in Old Olive. Actually the stem may be created using the 2-Step Stampin’ Technique, but I’ve only used one of the images.
My flower was stamped direct onto Whisper White Card.
My sentiment comes from the same set & has been stamped in Old Olive Ink.
Once my stamping had been completed, I adhered it to a piece of Melon Mambo Card prior to adhering to the Base Card – Whisper White.
To finish it off, 3 x Pearls were adhered to the top Left Hand Corner & 1 x Pearl to the top of the stem.
A very simple little card, but one that highlights this gorgeous stamp set. I would love to know what you think?
Until next time, Happy Stampin’
Vicky
On your card what ink did you start with?
Melon Mambo was used for the 1st 2 images & then So Saffron for the last image.
Miss Vicky
I love your card and thank you for the information.

Thank you so very much Sharon. Glad you do. If you want measurements, happy to supply, although they are Australian Standard
Beautiful card Vicky, I love your clean and simple style and again those pearls are just gorgeous.
