I love it when Stampin’ Up! bring out fantastic products especially Bundles which is what I have used for my card today.  In fact it is one of our cards we created a couple of weeks ago in our Creative Cards Class.  The Bubbles Over Bundle is from the 2018 Occasions Catalogue & includes the Bubble Over Stamp Set & the Bottles & Bubbles Framelits.

We’ve water washed the background using Shimmery White CS.  I love the washed out backgrounds for my cards.  It is an easy way to create easy & simple ways to give a bit of a wow to your cards.  In fact, you can find a free tutorial for this Technique by clicking on the Free Technique Tutorials & download a choice of 3 including a tutorial for a card.
