I love it when Stampin’ Up! bring out fantastic products especially Bundles which is what I have used for my card today. In fact it is one of our cards we created a couple of weeks ago in our Creative Cards Class. The Bubbles Over Bundle is from the 2018 Occasions Catalogue & includes the Bubble Over Stamp Set & the Bottles & Bubbles Framelits.
We’ve water washed the background using Shimmery White CS. I love the washed out
