Today is the day you have all been waiting for. Yep, it is “Catalogue Day” as both the Occasions & SAB go live. This means ordering product from either the new Occasions or the Annual for a total of $AUD90.00 will earn you FREE product from the SAB Catalogue. Spend $180.00 will get you 2 FREE products, etc (excludes P&H).

I thought I would share with you a cheeky little card I created from my FREE stamp set “Hey, Chick“. When I first saw this set, it didn’t do anything for me, but I love it. So many ideas going around in my head, so many cool creations on Pinterest. I also used the lovely new Watercolour Pencils now available in the Occasions Catalogue. Believe me, you will want these. They are so smooth & very easy to blend.

Happy Birthday

I thought I would share a sneak peek at one of the fun Stamp Sets available while SAB 2017 is on. Don’t forget this starts 4 January through to 31 March 2017. All you have to do is blog-inside spend $90.00 (excluding P&H) & receive any of the products available in the SAB 2017 Catalogue for FREE. Of course, the more you spend, the more FREE products you receive.

You may recognise the card, as it is the one on the cover of the Catalogue. Yep, I’ve cased it. Sometimes, doing this helps me to get ideas on how to use certain Stamp Sets or products. You could always chop & change to suit yourself.

I am so happy that SU! now have Watercolour Pencils – I have missed them. Yep, they will be available for purchase in the new 2017 Occasions Catalogue. Use them with your Blender Pen or Aqua Painter.

Pretty Pattern Papers

As our next lot of “Pretty Pattern Papers ” Tutorial is coming up this Saturday, I thought I would share with you a card created from one of the sketches.

Pretty Pattern Papers is all about using that stash of DSP you have hiding in the back of your cupboard or sitting on your shelves just waiting to be used but your afraid to cut into it.

Let’s face it, we all have heaps of DSP in our stash just waiting to be used. Some of us are 1.2 April not sure how to use it, but we love it! Others of us just don’t want to cut into it, we love it too much! The result – even though we keep buying it because it is just so pretty & we have to have it, it goes into that pile in the cupboard for a “rainy day”, never to be used or to see the light of day!

Well, Pretty Pattern Papers is what will help you to use that DSP Stash. In the middle of each month, we release Pretty Pattern Papers showcasing a sketch & 3 cards created from the sketch, all using your one lot of DSP. The tutorial includes Measurements – Imperil & Metric plus Measurements for all 3 cards. The sketches are able to be used over & over.

My card uses product from this year’s SAB – Wildflower Fields – BUT you are able to change it out with one of the new DSP from the current catalogue. In fact, if you check back in a couple of days, you will see the same card created with different Papers.

Cute as Bug…

I made this card sometime ago for a birthday, so some of the colours used will now be retired by Stampin’ Up!®. Although there is nothing to say that the colours can’t be replaced! This stamp set is as it says “Cute as a Bug”.
