12 Days of Christmas – Day 6

G’Day Stampers,

We are half way there with Day 6 & today it is a Gift Card Holder. Who doesn’t love these around Christmas?

Not only do we get to see the Holder but it is also Day 6 of the Aussie version of the “12 Days of Christmas”.

On the sixth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me –

A Cockie in a Bottlebrush Tree,

2 flying Doctors,

3 Drovers watching

4 working dogs

5 golden Ducks

6 Boomers hopping

My card today is yet another created in one of our classes a few weeks ago. I actually Dashing-Deer-2---Inside created this card from a sketch I had saved some time ago & then when I went looking for something on Pinterest, can you believe it, up popped my card. I thought I was seeing things until I recognized a few things were a little different. Has that happened to you? I will be honest & say it has a couple of times to me. Scary!

The card was actually created when the Dashing Along DSP first come out for the limited promotion BUT you will be happy to know that it has been made available to everyone in Aus & NZ as some of the sales of certain products have exceeded the forecast. Day 4 is here which means I get to share another Christmas card with you along with another line from the Aussie version of the “12 Days of Christmas”.

My card today is one we created a few weeks ago in our Friday classes. We all love the Dashing-Deer---Inside Woodland Embossing Folder Technique, so after seeing something similar on Pinterest, which grabbed my attention, we set out to create the card. Thank you so much for your inspiration.

Along with the Embossing Folder, we used the Dashing Deer Bundle from the 2018 Holiday Catalogue. This bundle includes the Dashing Deer Stamp Set & the Detailed Deer Thinlits. Perfect for Christmas!

G’Day Stampers,

Thank you for joining me today as I am playing along with the Stamp ‘N Hop blog October---Christmas-Jump-St hop for October where it is all about getting a jumpstart on Christmas.
