…make gorgeous backgrounds for your cards.
You have probably noticed of late that I am sort of addicted to SU’s Decorative Masks. I just
can’t seem to get enough of them. So many ways to use them, so little time.
My card today was created for my cousin who had a very special milestone last month. Her favourite colour is blue, so I went for “Pool Party” & “Island Indigo” Inks but that was after consulting my “Colour Coach” – love, love, love that!
Using these colours I had to be very careful not to have it look too much like a male’s card so I added a little it of Glimmer Paper to bring some shine to it. I also kept it very plain & decided to added no greeting. I must say that I am happy with that decision.
I’m happy to report that Janet loved it, especially the fact that it had nothing else on it. She was also very intrigued as to how I did my background.
