Today is the start of my 12 Days of Christmas where I will be sharing with you 1 project created just in time for Christmas.
Each day I will also share a little about our Aussie Christmas, how we celebrate & what our traditions are. I may even include a couple of real Aussie Christmas songs.
Did you know that there is an Aussie version of the 12 Days of Christmas? No! Today is Day 1 of our version.
On the first day of Christmas, my true love gave to me –
“A cockie (cockatoo) in a bottlebrush tree”
The inspiration for today’s card has actually been taken from the Page 21 of the Annual Catalogue. For some reason it jumped out at me when I first opened the Catalogue. Does that ever happen to you?
The background has been created using the Shimmery White Embossing Paste.
If you click on the link below, you will be able to download a free tutorial to create your own card. The tutorial includes both the products used & the measurements (metric & imperial).
