Once again I am sharing with you our 2nd card we created in our Creative Cards Class la couple of weeks ago. You can see the 1st card by clicking here. It is using the lovely Petal Passion Suite, Page 22 of the 2018 Occasions Catalogue. It includes the Petal Palette Stamp Set, Petals & More Thinlits, Whisper White Organza Ribbon, Petal Passion Embellishments & the Petal Passion DSP. I love this Suite!

Yet again, my inspiration from the samples on Page 22 although it has been changed a little.

Petal-Palette-Bermuda-Bay - Inside

G’Day Stampers,

Today I am going to share with you one of the cards we created in our Creative Cards Class last Tuesday. It is using the lovely Petal Passion Suite, Page 22 of the 2018 Occasions Catalogue. It includes the Petal Palette Stamp Set, Petals & More Thinlits, Whisper White Organza Ribbon, Petal Passion Embellishments & the Petal Passion DSP. I am loving this Petal-Palette-Bermuda-Bay-- Suite, especially the papers. The Stamp Set & Thinlits are also available as a Bundle.

I actually took my inspiration from the samples on Page 22 although changed a little to suit what I wanted.

I had a lovely morning & the ladies said they loved their cards which is always an added bonus.

True Gentleman

Today I am sharing with you our 2nd card created last Friday using the True Gentleman Suite from the 2018 Occasions Catalogue, Page 44. I am actually loving the colours & design of the True Gentleman DSP. Perfect for the males but which could also be used for females.

To create our shapes, we punched pieces of the DSP using the Tailored Tag Punch before layering them onto a piece of Night of Navy leaving a small amount showing around Truly-Tailored-1---Inside shapes.

The sentiment was coloured with the Chocolate Chip & Tranquil Tide Stampin’ Write Markers before stamping direct onto a piece of Very Vanilla.

A piece of Linen Thread was threaded threw a button from the True Gentleman Button Pack & added to the sentiment with a Mini Glue Dot.

Not sure of what is Kylie’s International Highlights? It is where Demonstrators from all around the world take part in a monthly Blog Highlight. It’s a great way to get to know other Demonstrators & see projects using current Stampin’ Up!® product.

I was playing around with the lovely Petal Passion Suite the other day creating a couple of future classes when an idea sort of popped into my head & of course I had to go for it. The Suite includes the lovely Petal Palette Stamp Set, Petals & More Thinlits Dies, Petal Passion DSP, Petal Passion Embellishments, Whisper White Organza Ribbon & of course the Petal Pair Embossing Folders. I’ve used all the mentioned except for the Ribbon.

I’ve kept my card all Whisper White except for touches of Cherry Cobbler which I think only highlights the Whisper White even more.

332. Celebrate You – Petal Passion Bundle

Magical Day

Last week I challenged our FB Group to create a male card using the sketch provided. I thought it would be a great way to get their creative juices flowing & even use it for a class or demonstration. This is my take on the sketch.

I love the Magical Day Stamp Set in the 2018 Occasions Catalogue. The set could be used for so many different occasions, big kids & little kids. I teamed it up with the #12---2018 coordinating Myths & Magic Specialty DSP which is nearly too lovely to cut into, but cut into it I did!

The dragon has been die cut from the Specialty DSP using the Magical Mates Framelits, highlighted a little with the Old Olive Stampin’ Blends before being adhered to the circle with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

The background was created with the Gamboge & Yellow Brushos – love these Powders – by spritzing Shimmery White with water & tapping Brushos directly over the CS, allowing it to spread & setting aside to dry.

The circle is Very Vanilla & was sponged with Daffodil Delight & Tangerine Tango Inks. I Magical-Day-Inside---Brusho spritzed a tiny amount of water over the sponged area before tapping very lighting with the Gamboge Brusho.

The sentiment was stamped onto Very Vanilla in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, fussy cut & once again sponged with Daffodil Delight & Tangerine Tango Inks.
