I’m taking part in Kylie’s International Highlights Hop this month where it is all about Sarah which means we can share what we love with others. She has demonstrators thinking of ways that we can make a difference in the lives of others. Usually the people that get forgotten are the ones that are putting forth amazing ideas just like Sara.

My card is one we created in our colouring class a few weeks ago. I have shared it on the Demos Page but not with you so I thought this would be the perfect card for Sara. Remarkable-You---Inside I love the Remarkable You Stamp Set. We used our Blender Pens & Pacific Point Ink to colour & blend our flowers while Old Olive was used for the leaves.

The colours are way out of my comfort zone but that is what teaching is all about – to take a risk & create something different. Happy to report the class loved it.

It is using the lovely Petal Passion Suite, Page 22 of the 2018 Occasions Catalogue. It includes the Petal Palette Stamp Set, Petals & More Thinlits, Whisper White Organza Ribbon, Petal Passion Embellishments & the Petal Passion DSP. I love this Suite!

Yet again, my inspiration from the samples on Page 22 although it has been changed a little.

Over the weekend I offered a free class to my customers as a thank you for their support during Sale-A-Bration. It was a huge hit with the ladies loving the simple & easy cards. I surprised them with a 3rd which they were stoked about. In fact it was a very successful day with them taking advantage of the last weeks of Sale-A-Bration. Yep, it ends 31 March.

For our class we used the Level 1 Epic Celebrations for 2 of the cards with today’s card for the boys. I always like to show how versatile our stamp sets are by creating a couple Epic-Celebrations---Inside- of cards using the same set. In fact, I do this with all my classes.

I actually cased the card from my friend Kris but have changed it a little to suit what I wanted Thanks for your inspiration Kris, loved your simple design.

Kylie’s International Blog Highlights

Today I am once again taking part in Kylie’s International Blog Highlights where this month it is all about “LOVE”. Thank you so much for everyone who voted for me last month. It was very much appreciated. Lovely-Words---Inside

I wanted to challenge myself to creating with older product & not something from SAB or the Occasions Catalogue. I think I have done so except for the Brushos. I really have to stop myself from using these all the time. Although in saying that I’ve only used the Gamboge & Yellow on my card today. Mind you, it is nothing what I started out to create but I’m happy with it especially the colours.

Once again, I am taking part in Kylie’s International Blog Highlights where our theme this month is our favourite Sale-A-Bration Or Occasions Catalogue Product. This is the perfect time to celebrate, showcase & see all our lovely products!

I was playing around with the lovely Petal Passion Suite the other day creating a couple of future classes when an idea sort of popped into my head & of course I had to go for it. The Suite includes the lovely Petal Palette Stamp Set, Petals & More Thinlits Dies, Petal Passion DSP, Petal Passion Embellishments, Whisper White Organza Ribbon & of course the Petal Pair Embossing Folders. I’ve used all the mentioned except for the Ribbon.

I’ve kept my card all Whisper White except for touches of Cherry Cobbler which I think only highlights the Whisper White even more.
