A Basket, A Basket….

G’Day All,

I’ve been playing & thought I would post this project now, as I forgot I teach Friday arvos.  I’ve seen these baskets around a lot & thought I would have a go at making one.  I don’t know if there is a Tutorial or photos of these, but I sort of made it my way – whether it be right or wrong, I think/hope it come out pretty okay!

How great would this be for a boy/girl’s christening, birthday or even bonbonniere (Note to self…) for a wedding?  Couldn’t you just see it with a small clear bag full of lollies, with a ribbon tied round the top?  Now, with Easter coming up………..

We made this last Friday arvo, but as usual I forgot to take my camera.  The girls had a great time & all added their own touches to the project.

All-in-One Holder…

I’ve been making small gifts lately, but this is one I found in amongst my photos which I hadn’t previously posted.
I’ve combined a couple of little booklets/holders together to come up with this all-in-one holder.
I’ve kept it very simple & plain on the outside as I didn’t want items to be caught once it was in the hadbags.

Today’s Project…

Hi Friends,
I have been having little plays again & come up with a little pressie for a friend.  I know she doesn’t look on here, so am safe to post.
The only part of the project is the stamp set “Just Beachy” from Stampin’ Up! but I just love the paper, which I have had sitting in my supplies for about a month now & thought it time it got used.
2010 Calendar
Note Cards
Calendar, Box & Cards
This little calendar is in the shape of a card, but will stand on your desk by itself.  I have used one for years & always make myself one each year.  I also made a lot for little xmas pressies this year.
I have also made little envelopes to match the note cards, but you are unable to see them in the picture.
Enjoy

Challenge # 51

The challenge for the week is using Brads on your Cards, Scrapbooking or 3-D Projects.
I’ve just realised that the top of the box I did for the Stamp Club will be ok for this week’s challenge from Late Night Stampers.  Very easy & simple.  It would also made a great easy 5 minute card.
Please see post below for more details
