G’Day Stampers,

I am sharing with you one of the cards we created in our class last Friday where we played with the gorgeous Amazing You Stamp Set. You are able to earn this set for Free when spending $90AUD while Sale-A-Bration is on. I’ve teamed it up with the gorgeous Petal Passion DSP which is from the 2018 Occasions Catalogue. It is also one of the cards Amazing-You-Daffodil-Deligh we created in our Creative Class a couple of weeks ago.

The flower has been stamped onto a piece of Whisper White CS in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink & die cut using the Stitched Shapes Framelits. Another flower was stamped onto scrap Whisper White, coloured using the Watercolour Pencils & Blender Pen. It was then fussy cut before being adhered to the top of the stamped flower.

Beachy Little Christmas

I certainly hope you all had a lovely relaxing & happy Christmas spending time with family & friends.

I created the card today some time ago, originally for a blog hop but it completely slipped my mind.

When I first saw Beachy Little Christmas in the 2017 Holiday Catalogue, I saw a wreath using the shells. I’m quite happy with the result. In fact, we eventually did it in one of our classes & the ladies loved it especially when they could see another way of using the images. I must say the set suits our lifestyle down the coast of Australia.

The images have been stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black, coloured with the Watercolour Pencils & Blender Pen.

It’s a little different but one I’m happy with.

Our card today is one we created in our class a couple of weeks ago. You may have seen the 1st one I shared with you already. I love it when I can get multiple uses from my Stamps & Dies & this is just one of those occasions where I am doing a happy dance & created Beach Huts. You can see another card I created using the same Edgelits here.

In our classes we have started on Techniques & the ladies are loving them. I have a list that they would like to try out so that saves me trying to think of new ones to teach.

G’Day Stampers,

Once again I’ve been playing with the Hometown Greetings Edgelits Dies & have been wanting to use them other than for Christmas. We created 2 cards in our class on Friday using the same Dies but both very different which I will share with you later on in the week.

For my card today, I cut 3 of the houses from Whisper White CS using the smaller Die & then cut them back to the size & shape I wanted before colouring with the Watercolour Pencils so that they looked like beach huts.

For my scene, I masked off a circle for the sun punched using the 1/2” Circle Punch & then coloured with the Watercolour Pencils. Once the mask was removed I lightly coloured the sun with the Daffodil Delight Pencil & carried it through onto the ocean. The sun was highlighted with the Clear Wink of Stella.

A circle has been cut into a piece of Whisper White CS overlapping on the left hand side of the Card using the Layering Circles Framelits.

The chair is from Colourful Seasons (available in a Bundle) & has been stamped direct onto the same Whisper White in Bermuda Bay & the seat in Crumb Cake Inks. The drink is in Pumpkin Pie.

The branch has been stamped in Crumb Cake while the flowers are in Daffodil Delight. To pop them a little more, I then added Pumpkin Pie to the centres & blended with the Blender Pen.

The piece of scenery was then adhered behind the stamped Whisper white & trimmed from the left hand side before layering onto a piece of Crumb Cake CS & then to the Base Card – Bermuda Bay. The beach huts were then adhered in place with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.

The sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Sentiments & stamped direct onto the Whisper White in Memento Tuxedo Black. To finish the card I randomly adhered Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the front & flower centres.

Beachy Little Birthday

G’Day Stampers,

I am trying to get back into the swing of things but I am finding it hard to do. Once you get out of a routine, it is sometimes very had to get back into it.

My card today is one we created last Friday in our “Cards @ Toogoom” class. The ladies loved how you could use it for all occasions. It has been created using the lovely little “Beachy Little Christmas” set from the 2017 Holiday Catalogue. I fact, I will be honest & say this is my favourite set in the catalogue.

I know the catalogue is jam packed with gorgeous new product, but this set screams “ME!”. It is a wonder you didn’t hear me yelling from where you live as I was so happy to see something like this. Thank you Stampin’ Up!
