Today I am sharing with you one of the cards we created in our class last Friday where we played with the gorgeous Petal Promenade DSP in a slightly different way. I love this DSP but sadly it will be retiring 3 June so you had better grab your packet before it does.
We also got to play one last time with the lovely Fresh Fig which will also be retiring at the end of May. I’m happy to say that I don’t have much of either the DSP or Cardstock left in my stash.
The template for this dress I have had for about 15 years & am not sure where it originally come from. I do bring it out every now & then for a play & each time I use it, I don’t understand why I don’t do more of them.
By clicking on the link below, you will be able to download a free tutorials which includes the measurements – imperial & metric plus the products used to create this card. The tutorial also includes a template for the skirt & top.
Today I am sharing with you the card aimed at Casual Stampers which are those of us who have more than the basics but still not everything we think we need to create lovely cards. Again, I has been cased from the magazine we, as Stampin’ Up! Demos receive each quarter.
Have you seen the Petal Promenade DSP in the Annual Catalogue? Oh my, is it gorgeous! Be sure to check it out as you will want to purchase it. Lots of pretty papers in this pack.
A little while ago I had to create a special card for a fiend but couldn’t post it until I was sure she had received it. So now, I thought I would share this card with you. I was especially happy with how it turned out!
The DSP has been randomly cut into 3’s & adhered onto a piece of Blushing Bride Cardstock, then to Whisper White & finally to the Base Card – Fresh Fig.
