The colours I’ve used to create my card are –

Hello Ladybug & Across the Waves

G’Day Friends,

Thank you for visiting my blog today as I have something special to share with you.

Robbie from Creations in Paper & myself have teamed up to give you Across the Waves Mini Blog Hop.  Each Wednesday we will be sharing & featuring a project created with a nominated Stamp Set or Bundle.

For all of February, the fun Hello Ladybug Bundle will be the star!   It is available from the current Mini Catalogue & is such a fun Bundle .  One that I am having lots of fun with.  Have you purchased your Bundle yet?

To create my card I decided to go with the colours of Pale Papaya, So Saffron, Old Olive, Calypso Coral & Basic White.

A layer of Basic White was embossed with the Timber 3D Embossing Folder while another piece of  Basic White was created with one of the masks from the Plenty of Patterns Decorative Masks which is available from the Annual Catalogue.

The large leaf has been stamped in Old Olive Ink prior to being fussy cut.  By the way, did you know if you chop off the top part, it turns into such alovely shape heart – perect for Valentine’s Day or any day for that matter.

To complete the card I randomly adhered the a couple of the Bronze Brushed Metallic Adhesive Backed Dots to the Card Front.

Need supplies to create today’s project at home?  Don’t forget to use February’s Host Code – Y7CPFNKQ –  if your order is under $250.   All orders receive a PDF Tutorial & a Handmade Card from me.

Kylie’s International Blog Highlights December

G’Day Friends,

Today I am hopping along with Kylie’s International Blog Hop for December.  This is a hop where Demonstrators from all around the world chose to take part highlighting all our lovely product.  If this is the first time visiting my blog, thank you so much for dropping by.

You are able to vote for my card Here or by clicking on the photo below.

Thank You is our theme for the hop.  Many of us don’t take the time to thank the ones we love or care about.  It can be the simple things that they do for us each day or big things that they have done recently.  It is so important to say thank you and show our appreciation for the hard work of others and the kindness that they show.

I love creating this type of card & posting them off in the mail or leaving them in my neighbours letterboxes.  Do you know of anyone you can post or give this type of card to?  I’m sure they would appreciate it.

I had the Harvest Meadows Suite from the current July-December Mini Catalogue, sitting on my desk from a past project so decided to go with it.  I seem to be using this Suite a lot but you do that sometimes when you love playing with a certain stamp set, suite, etc.

I chopped a piece of the lovely Harvest Meadow DSP into 2, adhered 1 piece to the bottom of a piece of Basic White prior to flipping the 2nd piece to the opposite side & adhering this piece to the top of the same Basic White.  It was then popped up onto a Crumb Cake Base Card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

The sentiment from the Nature’s Harvest Stamp Set was stamped onto Basic White in Misty Moonlight Ink, die cut with the Natures Dies before being adhered across the middle of the Card Front.

The flower was die cut from Basic White Cardstock with Natures Dies prior to adding ink with the Sponge Daubers.  Not only does it give the card a bit of a wow, it also highlights the lovely texture in the shape created from the Dies.  I’ve used Bumblebee, Mint Macaron & Crumb Cake Inks.

I finished the card off by adding Gold Brushed Metallic Adhesive-Backed Dots along with a Bumblebee Trinket.

Don’t forget to click HERE to vote for me.  I would really apreciate it!

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Happy Stamping!

Manly Monday with Nature’s Harvest

Can you believe how fast Mondays come round?

My card today is one I created for a challenge in a FB Group – CASE-ing Tuesday

This time it was the 2021 July-December Catalogue, P30.

I decided to try & create a male card, although it could be for male or female.

I’ve used the lovely Harvest Meadow DSP for my strips.  They were adhered to a piece of Very Vanilla & then to a Misty Moonlight Base Card.A piece of the same DSP was chopped before being adhered over the top of the strips with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

The reeds were die cut with the Harvest Dies in Misty Moonlight prior to being adhered to the DSP panel.  The sentiment is from the Inspired Thoughts Stamp Set, stamped in Bumblebee Ink onto Very Vanilla, trimmed back to size & shape & adhere to the card front with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
