December 2024 Sheet Load of Cards

G’Day Friends,

Today I am playing along with Crafty Al’s December Sheet Load of Cards.  I’ve been a follower of hers for so many years but this is the first time that I’ve actually created with one of her layouts.

Each Saturday, Robbie & myselef create & share a project with you created with something we have in our stash.

I found a couple of my Lala Stamps a little while ago, so decided to have a play with Soccer Luka as I wanted a couple of cards suited for boys.  He has been teamed up with the PinkFresh Studio Simply the Best 6 x 6 Papers.

Please don’t be too harsh with my Copic colouring lol.  I am so rusty that I had to really play around a little before I was happy with him.  I am still not happy with his face or shirt but fingers crossed, it will come back to me.

Poinsettia Petals Christmas Card

G’Day Friends,

Today’s post is all about a Christmas card we created in one of our Create & Chat Classes last month.  It uses a lot of retired product from Stampin’ Up! but some of my very favourites.

The Subtle 3D Embossing Folder is one of my all time favourites along with the Poinsettia Petals Stamp Set & Dies by Stampin’ Up!  They have both long retired but I did dig them out of the Ark lol.

Uniquely Creative | Distressed Boho Soul Collection

It’s Week 2 of our sharing Birthday Cards throughout December with you.

Once again, I decided to play with the lovely Boho Soul Collection by Uniquely Creative to create a distressed Birthday Card.  It was going to be for a male but when finished it could be either a male or female card.

I decided to distress the edges of the Cardstock & Pattern Paper.  I think it called for it.  The main focal element is from the Creative Cuts that go with this Collection.

Uniquely Creative | Day 1 | 2024 Advent Calendar

G’Day Friends,

This year I purchased the 2024 Advent Calendar by Uniquely Creative.  All I can say is BOY, OH BOY!!!!!!  What a lovely box of goodies.

To play along with the daily unopening of each Envelope by Tracey & Pearl, I thought it may be a good idea to create something quick & easy with the item for the day, ie if we’re able to.  You may see a couple of days combined too.

Day 1 is all about the oh so gorgeous Day Dream Collection Pack.  AND I do mean gorgeous!  I just didn’t want to chop into it all!

Check out the pretty soft colours in this Paper Collection?  Aren’t they lovely?
