Mega Tutorial Bundle with Stampin’ Up! Splendid Day Suite Collection

A couple of weeks ago, Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from around the world got together to stamp & create together with a Creativity Now Event.  We completed 5 projects with the gorgeous Splendid Day Suite Collection.  Oh how I love this Collection!

I love the Foil Pattern Papers along with the fine leaf images.  Oh the colours are so pretty & soft & work so well together.  Have I mentioned the lovely Soft Sea Foam Ribbon & of course the Gold Metal Open Leaf Trinkets.

Now for the best news!  I’ve joined a group of Demonstrators from around the world to bring you 27 tutorials created from this Collection!  That’s 157 pages of ideas & inspiration!

Kylie’s International Blog Highlights

Today I am hopping along with Kylie’s International Blog Hop for July.  This is a hop where Demonstrators from all around the world chose to take part highlighting all our lovely product.  If this is the first time visiting my blog, thank you so much for dropping by.

Thank You is our theme for the hop.  Many of us don’t take the time to thank the ones we love or care about.  It can be the simple things that they do for us each day or big things that they have done recently.  It is so important to say thank you and show our appreciation for the hard work of others and the kindness that they show.

I love creating this type of card & posting them off in the mail or leaving them in my neighbours letterboxes.  Do you know of anyone you can this type of card to?  I’m sure they would appreciate it.

I’ve been playing with the gorgeous Splendid Day Suite from the new Mini & wow, are you going to love creating with it too!   It’s simply stunning & perfect for all occasions.

At first the main image was stamped onto Basic White but after putting the card together I decided it needed a little something else as it was too flat.  I then stamped the same image onto scrap Basic White, coloured & blended with Soft Sea Foam Stampin’ Blends Combo, finishing off with the Clear Wink of Stella.

After die cutting the image with the Splendid Stems Dies, it was adhered over the top of the original image with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Much better I think.

The sentiment is from one of my favourites – Inspired Thoughts Stamp Set.  Not only is it perfect for all occasions but the font seems to suit all cards.

Waves of the Ocean Day #1

A new week means a new Feature of the Week!

Have you seen the gorgeous new limited Waves of the Ocean Suite Collection?  No!  Then prepared to be wowed by all the gorgeous cards over the internet.  There are some beauties getting around at the moment.  The bundle will be available in the new Annual Catalogue but the remaining items in the collection are only for a limited time which ends 31 March.

The papers in this collection are to die for.  They are so real, bright & fun to play with.

Thank you so much for dropping by.

Today I am sharing a card I created for our February Challenge over in our World Card Making Group – #WCMG.  Anyone is welcome to join us.

The challenge this month is to create with something that is new to you.  Well, I’ve not long received the lovely Blessings of Home Bundle long with the Heart & Home DSP.  Both are from the January-June Mini Catalogue.

A piece of the DSP was adhererd to a layer of Basic White before scoring 3 lines down right side with Paper Trimmer.  This was adhered to a piece of Grey Granite Cardstock before being adhered to a Gorgeous Grape Base Card.

The image was stamped in Grey Grantie onto Basic White, coloured & blended with Watercolour Pencils bfeore die cutting with the matching Flowers of Home Dies & adhered to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

The sentiment was stamped onto scrap Basic White in Grey Granite, trimmed back to size & shape & then adhered to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

To complete the card Classic Matte Dots were adhered to the card front.
