Weekly Sketch Card Layout #05 | Blending Brushes

I went with a bit of a different spin on the layout today but one that I think worked out ok. Sometimes you have these ideas in your head but doesn’t always work on “paper”.

I am loving the colour combination with touches of Night of Navy sneaking through.

Supplies –

Stamp Set – Simply Said
Ink – Night of Navy, Melon Mambo, Flirty Flamingo, Daffodil Delight
Cardstock – Basic White, Night of Navy
Embellishments – Blooming Pearls
Dies – Deckled Circles
Colouring Tools – Blending Brushes, Stampin’ Write Markers

Week 3 | Weekly Sketch | Inked & Tiled | Stampin’ Up®

Did you see the new Card Layout over on my FB Page yesterday? If not, this is the Weekly Sketch for this week. They are posted each Monday for you to play along on our FB Pages so be sure to check them out & of course, share your creations with us.

Now, a Card Sketch can be as easy as you like or as hard as you like. I’ve gone for the easy option on this one & very true to the layout too.

The colours are way out of my comfort zone but hey that can be a good thing. I’ve taken the colours from the Inked Botanicals 6 x 6 DSP.

Countryside Inn DSP #2 | March

Today is my last share created with the March DSP Template?

I hope you’ve been enjoying the projects created from just 1 piece of DSP. I know, I’ve enjoyed sharing them with you. I do hope you have been creating with the DSP Template too. Be on the lookout for our new DSP Template over on my YouTube Channel the 1st week in April.

Again, I’ve used the Countryside Inn DSP for today’s project.

I’ve teamed the papers up with the lovely Darling Details Stamp Set, along with the Darling Details Dies.

Just by changing out the images, it’s amazing how different all the projects turn out.
