March Stamp ‘N Hop Blog Hop

Welcome to the Stamp ‘N Hop Blog Hop for March!

We are a group of SU! Demos from all over the world sharing our love of Stampin’ Up! You are free to join us if you like, but we do ask that you be a current SU! Demo & that you use current SU! products.

This month we are showcasing all the lovely Packaging that Stampin’ Up!® provide for us in the Catalogues or we could create our own.

You may have arrived from Robbie’s blog where she shared her lovely creation.  If you are starting from my blog, all you have to do is click on the arrow or the Blog Roll below.

I decorated a couple of the Sweet Little Boxes from the 2022 January-June Mini Catalogue, Page 9 for a Stamp Camp.  These ended up being pillow gifts for everyone who purchased the Hello Ladybug Stamp Camp.  They were filled with the fun little beetle chocolates.

A piece of the Heart & Home DSP was adhered to a piece of Basic White before being embossed with the Hammered Metal 3D Embossing Folder.  Can you believe I don’t have the Hive 3D Embossing Folder?  This was adhered to a piece of Misty Moonlight & then to the front of the box.

The daisy from the Hello Ladybug Stamp Set was stamped in Daffodil Delight Ink, punched with the Medium Daisy Punch, layered together & then to the right side of the box with a Stampin’ Dimensional.

The sentiment from the same set was stamped in Misty Moonlight Ink, die cut with the banner die from the Tasteful Labels Dies before being adhered to the top of the box.

A couple of White Classic Matte Dots were coloured with the Dark Misty Moonlight Stampin’ Blend before being randomly adhered to the front & centre of the daisy.

A Little Lace

G’Day Friends,

Thank you for popping by today.

Today’s card has been taken from one I saw on Pinterest by Annette Elliot.  I just loved the colours & the simple layout, although I have changed mine a little as you do.  Thank you Annette for your inspiration.

I’ve used the sweet “A Little Lace” Stamp Set & one that I am wondering why I haven’t played with more as I am loving it.  I can see a few more projects coming with this set.

Did you know the Medium Daisy Punch fits the large daisy in this set?  Isn’t that fantastic?Did you notice I’ve used 4 of the retiring 2019-2021 In Colours – Terracotta Tile, Purple Posy Cardstocks, Purple Posy & Rococo Rose Stampin’ Blends plus Pretty Peacock Ink?  Oh not to mention the Terracotta Tile Butterfly Gems to complete my card.

Both the Classic Label Punch (one of my favourite Punches) & the Layering Ovals Dies are retiring too.  Check them out in the Last Chance Product List.

Actually, I’ve used a lot of retiring products to create my card today as I’ve just realised the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder is on the list too!

Seaside Spray Day 3

G’Day Friends,

This is my last day of showcasing the  Seaside Spray In Colour.  It is one of my very favourite colours.

For our card today, I’ve teamed up Seaside Spray with the lovey Daisy Lane Stamp Set along with the gorgeous Scallop Linen Ribbon.

As I loved the colour combination from my post on Thursday, I thought I would sort of go along the same lines again but this time I’ve teamed it up with Sahara Sand.

A piece of Sahara Sand was embossed with the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder, adhered to a piece of Basic White, Ribbon placed along the top of the embossed Cardstock & then adhered to the Seaside Spray Base Card.

The sentiment is from the Happy Thoughts Stamp Set & was stamped on a piece of Basic White Cardstock in Seaside Spray.  The stem was stamped to the left of the sentiment in Sahara Sand, adhered to a layer of Blushing Bride before being adhered to the Card Front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the large daisy twice, the medium daisy twice in Seaside Spray, punched with the Daisy & Medium Daisy Punches, adhered onto each other so that the petals were all off centre & adhered to the top of the stem with a Stampin’ Dimensional.

I then tied a small knot from the same Ribbon & adhered it to the centre of the daisy with a Mini Glue Dot.  The card was completed with the lovely little Seaside Spray Butterfly Gems.

My card today was actually created with family members in mind & has already gone off in the post.

Flower & Field DSP – Day 5

G’Day Friends,

Can you believe this is Day 5 of showcasing the lovely Flower & Field DSP?  Where does the time go?  It is also the last day for this week of our #simplestamping.

If you are not aware, Robbie & myself have been showcasing #simplestamping over on our FB Pages for the past 3 weeks.  Don’t forget if you would like to receive this card, all you have to do is share my FB Post & comment to say you have done so.

To highlight both sides of this DSP, I’ve actually cut 2 piece of the same paper but switched them around so that 1 side is the back layer while the opposite side is the smaller piece.

The smaller piece of DSP was layered onto Flirty Flamingo prior to layering onto the larger piece of DSP with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  It was then layered onto Basic White & then to a Pool Party Base Card.

The sentiment is from the In Bloom Stamp Set & stamped onto a scrap of Basic White in Pool Party Ink.

I punched 2 x medium daisies with the Medium Daisy Punch, adhered them together by off-centering them prior to popping to the left of the sentiment with a Stampin’ Dimensional.

I finished the card off with tying a small bow from the Bumblebee Gingham Ribbon & adhered it to the centre of the daisy with a Mini Glue Dot.
