It’s Monday & that means another Create Weekly. This week is all about the Circle Sayings Bundle along with the Bright & Beautiful DSP. For some reason, I love this DSP teamed up with this Bundle. Maybe, because they are 2 of my favourites from the Annual Catalogue.

If you saw my post yesterday, you will notice a lot of similaries between the 2. I actually took my inspiration for that card from this layout. I did add a few different things to it as I went. You can check out that card HERE.

I love the Circle Sayings Bundle especially the images & sentiments. Perfect for all occasions!

Did you notice the wrapping? I’ve actually done a little Paper Piecing to it. Such a fun & cute technique.

I am loving the combination of Misty Moonlight, Lemon Lime Twist & Pretty Peacock. Colours I would not normally combine but hey, it’s good to get out of comfort zone, right?

Once I had selected my Stamp Set, I then decided to CASE a card from the Annual Catalogue. Stampin’ Up! provide us with lots of inspiration & ideas in all their catalogues so why not use them? Check out Page 78 to see the 2 cards I combined into 1.

Don’t forget, if you don’t have the same supplies, you are still able to CASE any of the ideas & inspiration in the Catalogues. Use what you have in your stash.

Stampin’ Up! Sending Smiles Fun Fold

Thank you so much for stopping by today.

I’m sharing the easy Fun Fold card we created in our “Live” on Wednesday. I’m not sure what it’s called but it’s loads of fun & can be pretty addictive, but then hey, aren’t they all?

The Stamp Set is one that I haven’t used in a little while but has been carrdied over – Sending Smiles Stamp Set along with the coordinating Sending Dies. It’s always good to play with some of our older sets as we tend to forget about them while being busy playing with newer “stuff”.

Check out all the lovely bright colours on today’s card. They’ve been toned down a little with touches of Night of Navy Ink along with the Grey Granite & Lemon Lolly Cardstock.

I’m really loving this colour combination. It’s so pretty with pops of colour here & there. I think this may be one of my new favourite colour combinations. Do you have a favourite?

Stampin’ Up! Sending Smiles Male Card

G’Day Friends,

I have an easy, clean & simple male’s card to share with you today. Change out the colours & it can also be for the females. They layout has been taken from one of my Create Weekly Sketch Layouts.

As I was cleaning up the other day, my hand went onto the Sending Smiles Stamp Set & thought “could I create a male’s card with this set?” So I challenged myself to try & create one for Father’s Day. I like to really look at my stash to try & use them in multiple ways. Give it a try!

I love colouring our solid images with our gorgeous Stampin’ Blends. Have you tried it? You will be amazed at the result & how different they look once completed.

I will often combine the Blends & our Watercolour Pencils too. Although this time, I added a little more depth by colouring around the iages to make them look like they are floating on the card. I think it worked but you be the judge!
