Today’s card is all about the Let’s Go Fishing Designer Series Paper & another male idea for all occasions.

Now, I will be honest & say that my card is totally different to what I had in mind. It sort of took a life of it’s own right at the beginning with the changing of the DSP direction!

I am really liking the Let’s Go Fishing DSP & this card proves that you don’t teally have to have the coordinating Bundle, although it is gorgeous & one I use a lot. You can do so much with the papers while at the same time using other stamp sets.

Once I had selected my Stamp Set, I then decided to CASE a card from the Annual Catalogue. Stampin’ Up! provide us with lots of inspiration & ideas in all their catalogues so why not use them? Check out Page 78 to see the 2 cards I combined into 1.

Don’t forget, if you don’t have the same supplies, you are still able to CASE any of the ideas & inspiration in the Catalogues. Use what you have in your stash.

I’ve grabbed a few scraps of the DSP to create today’s card. It’s amazng what you can achieve with just a few scraps. What is more amazing is how your cards can turn out with just a few scraps. That bit is my favourite.

Check out that die shape. Don’t you just love it? It’s from All That Dies. I’ve been eyeing these Dies off for sometime now so am behind the 8 ball, so to speak with purchasing them. In saying that, I can now see myself using them a LOT!

The card has been created from scraps that were sitting in the pack of DSP. Love that a layout can be used over & over again by just changing out the DSP & images.

Today is the start of a new week & that means a new lot of DSP that Robbie & myself will be sharing with you. This week is a little different as we both sharing different DSP, so it will be as much of a surprise to you as it will be to me to see what Robbie has created.

This week, I’m sharing projects created with the Let’s Go Fishing DSP. I’ve challenged myself to create projects without using the coordinating Gone Fishing Bundle as yet.

I love to chop, chop, chop my DSP in different ways & it is no different today. In fact, it’s a very simple card which in my books is perfect for male cards.

The Paper was teamed up with the Kindest Expressions Stamp Set along with the Nested Essentials Dies. The stamp set is fast becoming one of my favourites for larger sentiments while the Dies have lots of potentials with all the different stitched shapes available.
